Aufgrund eines gecancelten Fluges konnten wir ncht zum reservierten Zeitraum anreisen. Auf mehrmalige Anfrage für eine Umbuchung war das Hostel nicht bereit uns entgegen zu kommen. Sie behaupteten jedes Mal, dass schon alles ausgebucht sei. (egal welchen Tag wir vorschlugen). Wir reisten zur Nebensaison daher konnten wir uns dies nicht vorstellen. Eine Rückerstattung des Betrags gab es nicht, noch nicht einmal eine Teilerstattung.
