This beautifully designed home, created in collaboration with architect Rezidence, offers an ideal setting for milestone celebrations, family holidays, or wedding guests. Located just 5 minutes from Denmark, it provides the perfect blend of convenience and serenity.

Named in honor of the traditional owners, Kwoorabup Views features stunning artwork by local Aboriginal artist Yondee Shane Hansen, depicting the landscape and heritage of the area. The home’s sustainable design incorporates recycled materials, making it a luxury eco-friendly retreat.

• 3 spacious king bedrooms (2 with ensuite and Smart TVs), a designated kids’ room with bunks and their own Smart TV in the main house.

• A separate Studio under the main house deck which includes its own open-plan 5th bedroom with a Queen bed, lounge, TV, kitchenette, bathroom/ laundry and outdoor space. Great for that extra couple, grown-up children or grandparent/s needing space from the main house

• Beautifully landscaped 3,000m² elevated property with recycled brick paving circling the home and gardens

• Short walk downhill to Springdale River Beach and access to walking/bike trails along the inlet to Denmark (3 km)

• Sustainable materials: Recycled steel beams, brick pavers, steel struts for tables, repurposed steel staircase and salvaged wood used throughout the home. All local Denmark tradespeople were employed to create this home.
