This has been my go-to hotel for the Gunnison beach. It’s always been just what I needed.

The cost to spend one night there is not worth it- $300.00 off season?????? I should have changed to other hotel. The Breakfast is a joke- coffee?? should at least have a good coffee, egg (powdered fake) , DO NOT CALL THIS A BREAKFAST! Amenities- for 2 people one little bar soap?? I expected more for the cost; I travel a lot- and honestly never experienced this for the cost.

The property was clean. The staff was friendly. The proximity was close to everything i needed to do. It's nice that there is a Starbucks right off of the parking lot. Downside was that the tv kept freezing up and the internet was a bit unstable at times.
