Utah Trip
First of all the Property management is not responsive at or helpful. Purposely disconnected AC unit and inside it was 90° and never sent anybody out to fix or responded to fix it. There are no blackout shades in the bedroom, and there is a light outside apartment that stays on all night that shines through all the rooms. Amenities list not accurate. Disappointed with rental had to check out early due to the fact that my whole family couldn’t sleep in 90 degrees.

Nice condo
The unit itself is nice, and it was good to have underground parking with an elevator close by. There is alot of construction going on in the area, so be prepared for lots of trucks and noise. Once that is complete, it will be a nice area. The unit is in need of some shades or curtains in the living room. The unit has a large bank of east facing windows. When the sun comes up, you cannot sit on the couch without sunglasses in the morning. Good central location between PC and Heber.

Fabulous ski retreat
This property appears to be brand new. Beautifully decorated, great location about 12-15 minute from the slopes. This is on a condo u it surrounded by other units under construction. The only thing they need to adjust is that the property hotline goes to a directory that dues not have an option for renters with questions or issues, so it’s not easy to reach anyone (select reservations if you need help). If they update that to provide an extension, it would be good. Great stay though!
