Luxury Deer Valley East Retreat with Stunning Lake Views

This professionally appointed 4-bedroom/4-bath townhome boasts stunning views of the Jordanelle Reservoir from all three floors. It's a short 2-min drive to Deer Valley East and the Jordanelle Gondola as well as the Jordanelle State Park Marina and a 15-min drive to Park City Resort and Main Street. Enjoy an endless array of outdoor activities in the summer and world-class ski resorts in the winter. Soak in the outdoor jacuzzi tub after a long day or in one of the two indoor jetted tubs. Making meals is a breeze with this gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped with culinary tools including an air fryer, crock pot, rice cooker, Keurig Duo with coffee grinder, and a gas stove/oven with griddle. The two master bedrooms on separate floors make this a perfect getaway for two families or extended families. Bedding begins with super soft stretch sheets by Purple and an option of Purple Harmony pillows or down alternative pillows for those who like a softer pillow. As an added bonus, the family can spread out in the media room and watch movies, play games, and make popcorn. The media room now includes a Murphy cabinet bed which can sleep 2 people. The laundry room makes it easy to do the midweek loads. Park in the spacious 2-car garage where you can store all your sports gear. We truly hope you enjoy this mountain retreat!

A new boot dryer has been installed in the garage. After a great day on powder, you can rest easy knowing your snowboard or ski boots will be heated and dried with the boot dryer that holds up to 12 pairs of boots and comes with an automatic off switch. You can also take advantage of the dryer first thing in the morning. Simply turn the dryer on as you are getting ready to head out the door to the slopes and the dryer will heat your boots so your feet are greeted with warmth just before attacking fresh powder!
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Deer Valley Resort. Enjoy features like 1 hot tub and an arcade/games room. Free WiFi and in-room jetted baths are available in the holiday home.

Annual getaway to PC area
We found the home well-appointed with everything we needed. Upscale appliances were in working order. The heated floor in the lower master was amazing! Water pressure in showers was excellent. The beds, pillows and bedding were wonderful. The sofa in the family room was too low for TV viewing and not super comfortable. The upper master had a non-working TV. The fireplaces were lovely. The hot tub was clean and prepared at a comfortable temperature for us. The only real issue we had was the sump-pump alarm that a went off on the morning of our 5th day. It was loud, continuous and lasted for about 5 minutes. The alarm would go off after each person's shower. We contacted the property management and they came to evaluate the situation and resolved the issue but said they would leave the closet with he sump-pump open so we could access the shut off, which was not done. Otherwise, we have an exceptional experience and would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The home was well appointed and the views were amazing. We came for a BYU game and it was the perfect location: close enough to Provo, but away from the crowds. It is also close to Park City.

Gorgeous View!
We stayed at the property just shy of 3 weeks and enjoyed the beautiful Heber City weather. The back patio serves as a relaxing retreat to wind down after a busy day. The home is furnished tastefully with ample linens and kitchen stock. Plenty of room to spread out. Check-in and out was simple. Located with convenient access to Park City and the Heber Valley.

The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated all of the amenities! The location was well situated for us to have a short drive to hikes, boats, shopping, etc. The balconies were our favorite place to relax and enjoy the scenery and bird watch. The neighborhood is very peaceful. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. I should also note that there was a new house under construction next door during our stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. Having 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms was critical as we are a construction crew in town for the week. The jacuzzi really helped. Pretty cool how it’s nestled at the end giving more privacy. Recommended and would stay again. The hosts were very accommodating and great communication.

Mountain/Lake Retreat
I can't say enough about this property and how perfect it was for our family reunion! Lots of space, bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone! So beautifully decorated and the beds/bedding were heaven to sleep in! The lake view during the day and at night was gorgeous and so peaceful! The hosts are the nicest people and were always readily available if we needed anything! We look forward to coming back to stay again and will recommend to others!

This home will have everything you want and need! Everything was thought of and there was so much usable space. Views were incredible! Easy drive into Park City and Heber City and an easy drive into Salt Lake City and Provo. Would definitely recommend this home!

we had an amazing time at this house. Well appointed and warm and comfortable luxurious feel. Very close to the deer Valley gondola five minute drive who were super responsive for all needs and replied always very quickly to resolve any questions or issues. Great Location - winter ski trip
Beautiful view of the reservoir. Well appointed roomy kitchen. We rented our ski equipment at Adventure Haus on the property. Deer Valley and Park City one exit away on highway. Brighton, Solitude, Snowbird and Alta less than an hour. Snowbasin and Powder just over an hour. Heber City, Midway and Kamas are nice towns 15 mins away with good restaurants, groceries and other retail. We would like to come in the other seasons as well-so much to offer.

If you’re seeking a beautiful location and plan on skiing deer valley, this place is top notch. Clean, great views, super convenient, and great hot tub. The owners were also very available and proactive about making sure the stay was enjoyable. We will be back!

Beautiful property
We really enjoyed our stay here. We came to ski at Deer Valley and there is a nearby gondola that takes you to Deer Valley ski resort. I would recommend skiing during the week there but avoid weekends- we couldnt find a place to park on Friday so had to forego skiing as we could not find parking but we discovered the gondola nearby and rode that later in the day but was too late to ski but really enjoyed the gondola ride anyways. Overall, the property was great. Hottub was great and we had tons of nice towels and bed linens etc. Kitchen was amazing and we cooked most of the time we were here. We would come back again!

We had a wonderful week skiing at Deer Valley. The home was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It had every ammenity, a wonderful hot tub, well stocked kitchen. Sparkling clean. My husband loved having the guitar! The house had lots of space with the separate living room downstairs It was truly a great space. We will hopefully get to return again.
