Located within the premier Mayflower Lakeside community on the banks of the Jordanelle Reservoir, this elegant three-bedroom condominium is the ideal spot to call home in Park City. Spread out over 1600 luxe square feet, the chic and modern design is also completely comfortable and inviting. Offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Mayflower Lakeside 104 has space for your group of friends or your whole family to enjoy a majestic mountain getaway.

The open GREAT ROOM is anchored by a contemporary corner fireplace with stone detail that adds the perfect touch of coziness to this sleek space. Above the flames is a large HDTV for streaming Netflix or watching the game, while the spacious leather sofa and two plush armchairs provide plenty of space to spread out and kick back with cocktails at the end of the day. Outside, there’s a large PATIO with gorgeous, panoramic views.

Back inside, the KITCHEN includes a full suite of premier Viking stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, microwave/vent hood, and refrigerator. On the convenient center island, there’s a Viking dishwasher and an under mount sink surrounded by white quartz countertops, and bar stool seating for three. Next to the kitchen is a DINING AREA with a unique live edge table that seats seven. Just around the corner from the kitchen is a LAUNDRY closet with a full-size washer and dryer.

Down the hallway lies the private, PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE. This peaceful hideaway features a sumptuous California king-size bed that faces a mounted HDTV— perfect for resting up in between outdoor adventures. There’s also a glass door leading out to the patio, and an ENSUITE BATHROOM with a double vanity sink and a spacious step-in shower with a glass door.

In the SECOND GUEST BEDROOM, there’s an inviting king-size bed set against an upholstered headboard, a large HDTV, and a roomy closet. The third bedroom is a BUNK ROOM with a unique bunk bed that houses a full-size bed on the top and a spacious queen-size bed on the bottom, plus an HDTV. Another FULL BATHROOM with a tub/shower combo can be accessed from the hallway.

We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. Pet Fees: $25 per night, per pet (min: $100 / max: $250 per pet) + a $50 one-time additional cleaning fee. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation!

The Mayflower Lakeside community is a newer development that’s been well-designed to provide peace and privacy to all residents, while still keeping you close to all of the Park City attractions, too. You’ll be just minutes away from some of the best skiing in the world at Deer Valley Resort, plus steps away from gorgeous hiking and biking trails in the warmer months. For nights out on the town or an afternoon of strolling and shopping, the charming downtown is also moments away. Guests of Mayflower Lakeside 104 also have an assigned parking space in the underground GARAGE.

Note: As this is a brand-new development, there is some construction in the area. This building is complete, and the area construction should have little to no impact.

Lovely Spot
Property was comfortable and cozy! Beautifully furnished and great set up. Ample space for three dudes who work together but may not want to hang out together after a long day, but comfortably spacious if we do. View of Jordanelle was nice. Property management was super responsive, had great customer service, left no detail out (as far as providing stay-related, property-related and area-related information accessible literally with our fingertips)! Highly recommend.

Deer Valley weekend
We skied Deer Valley. The location has quick access to the Jordanelle gondola, allowing us to miss the traffic hassle of getting to the main base area. Although we had planned to dine in Park City, we opted for Heber City, again to avoid the hassle/congestion of Park City. We had a great time. The condo was well suited to our needs.

Cozy and clean
My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean. I loved all of the extra pillows and throw blankets. The view was great and it was an easy drive to Park City. The only negatives I have are there were 4 closets and 0 hangers so we had to buy some and there were only 2 outdoor chairs on the patio. Also if you plan on doing laundry, bring your own detergent pods and dryer sheets.

Beautiful Property
Not only was the property beautiful but the surroundings were as well. It’s super close to the lake entrance and we enjoyed looking at the upcoming properties all around. The town isn’t far, close to Park City and there’s so many things to do overall.
