The home is modern, beautifully appointed and meticulously clean. The floor to ceiling windows that fill it with sunlight, from where you can admire beauty of the surrounding forest and shade gardens, lush green hillsides. The home is beautifully decorated with impeccable taste, the furniture and materials are of the highest quality. Wildlife roam free on the property, deer, turkeys, hawks, squirrels, chipmunks, woodchucks. We are a pet friendly home. A cook's dream kitchen, outside off kitchen/dining area: gas grill, large gas griddle, bistro seating. Spacious lower level, floor to ceiling windows, pool table, fuseball table, comfy leather sofa bed (extra mattress topper), leather oversized chairs, games, puzzles, cards, chest set, exercise weights and yoga mats. With direct access to large, stone patio. Plenty of room and comfy furniture for lounging, small gatherings / dinner parties (25pp), outdoor games, fire pit, (wood provided). 2 corn hole sets and other outdoor games, plenty of room to roam with two provided golf carts. Drive to STF leads to pond (please don't eat our fish), Japanese Gardens, and miles of trails to walk, jog, bike, a horse named "Bear" to say hello to.
Great for family and friend gatherings, executive retreats, small weddings, intimate dinner parties. Close to Lake Geneva, Golfing, Boating, Sailing, Fishing, Hiking, Biking, Equestrian Trails, Skiing, Alpine Valley, Beautiful Downtown Lake Geneva shopping and dining.
