The Space:
Upon arrival at Toboggan Hill Hideaway, you'll find a gorgeous cabin aesthetic and spacious rooms that make this home comfortable for a group of 10 people. A well stocked kitchen and thoughtful touches make this cabin a perfect getaway for everyone. In the main level, there is an open concept space with large windows, tons of sunlight and great views of nature. A large couch, and dining table are all open to the kitchen, making dinner prep a family affair! Off the main level, there is an expansive deck with plenty of seating to enjoy some time outside without leaving the house. In the lower level you will find board games, an air hockey table and access to the private hot tub and fire pit area. You will also find access to kayaks that can be taken to public river access areas locally.

Our cabin is located in The Woods Resort, a private community with an 18-hole golf course (with low green fees), spa, a restaurant and pub, and miles of walking/hiking trails. It’s considered the best course in the area, and the pub food is pretty great too!
During your stay, you'll have access to the members-only Sports Center, the perfect option for a wintery or rainy day (and just a 5 minute walk from the cabin). The Sports Center includes:
- Indoor heated swimming pool
- Large whirlpool
- Tennis court
- Racquetball court
- Multi-purpose court for volleyball and basketball
- Fully equipped exercise room with free-weights and many workout machines
(Note: because the Sports Center is for members only, we need to set aside guest passes for your use. We’re charged a per-day fee for each guest over 5 years old – but we’re happy to provide these for you free of charge! If you plan to use the Sports Center, just call or text us that morning and we’ll be sure they set aside passes for you and your group.) :)

1. The Woods Golf Course (distance from house - 5 minutes): Renowned for “fun and fair” golf, the 18-hole championship Mountain View course is perfect for low handicappers and the Stony Lick mid-length course for the rest of us!
2. The Old Roman Bathhouse (distance from house - 30 minutes): Home to a mineral spa that has been in use since colonial times, the park’s Old Roman and Main bathhouses offer a wide selection of spa services, including massages, saunas, baths and showers.
3. Cacapon Resort State Park (distance from house - 40 minutes): Offers hiking, fishing, and golfing, with beautiful views and various trails.
