Very nice
Very nice hotel with a surprising good restaurant. The only confusing part was that they dont really have a check in desk. Its mostly a restaurant but very friendly and nice accommodations but you have to ask one of the waiters how to check in and they will direct you to a small desk in a corner and someone will help you.

super comfy hotel in a lovely building but........
very comfortable and lovely hotel in the centre of the town, with rooms all slightly different. Super comfy beds. Great to have a coffee machine/kettle in the room. Shower opens directly into the bedroom area, and the sink unit is also in the bedroom area too. Although not a big problem on this occasion would prefer a 'traditional' bathroom with the shower and sink unit out of site of the sleeping area. Breakfast is selected from a menu, but all arrives at the same time. So it's either eat the warm items/eggs etc first, or start with cereal and let eggs get cold. A buffet approach would be preferred and this approach to breakfast would put me off staying again. A busy and vibrant restaurant/bar with great outdoor seating area on a sunny day.

Fantastic property, You have to park a block away and if you dont know dutch you will have to figure things out. It has a very old almost saloon vibe. Rooms are above a first floor restaurant. There wasn't any noise however.

Such a beautiful hotel with cute, quaint rooms. Very comfortable bed. Clean. Check in is a little weird as it's in the middle of the restaurant. And parking is a paid lot that is absolutely checked. But great hotel!

A beautifully restored and modernised Courthouse. Fabulousky decorated with all modern and contemporary technology and amenities. Maintaining the old traditional feel. It is a "wooow" hotel and Grand Cafe. Sublime food and service. Amazing young staff run the show. A special shout out to Bram Marskamp.

Wow!
I spent two nights here and had a wonderful stay. My room was large and beautifully decorated, perfect for a comfortable getaway. The best thing was the bathtub, which made for a very relaxing stay. There was a coffee maker and a hot water kettle as well, with coffee, tea and milk provided. I found the room to be very quiet, and heard very little noise from other rooms or the hallway. The restaurant downstairs has wonderful food, and I ate there both nights. Portions are generous, and I found myself far too stuffed to order dessert. Breakfast in the morning was rather shocking for me, seeing as it included enough food for at least four people: coffee or tea, milk, buttermilk, orange juice, a fruit smoothie, a bread basket stuffed with five kinds of bread, strawberry jam, butter, three kinds of meat, three kinds of cheese, omelette, soft boiled egg, yogurt with fruit compote, and granola. There was no way I could eat so much food, but what I did manage to eat was delicious. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It's also a 5-7 minute walk to the station if you want to go explore more of the area. For me, this was a lovely hotel provided the perfect break from the bigger cities and incredibly touristy nature of the rest of my journey.
