Upon arrival the lift was occupied by staff so we walked up. Returning from dinner at 9 p.m. the front door was unlocked and reception desk unmanned. When departing this morning 7 a.m. the reception desk was unmanned again. Room was stuffy and overheated (no AC), pillows were terrible. We are not coming back.

The stay was pleasant. We had some issues finding parking, and after a little back and forth found out, we could park on a hotel private parking area. Figuring this out was the only down side to an otherwise pleasant visit and a really nice room. So, overall, Bayrischer Hof left a really good impression.

Brillant Hotel the staff were so good helpful and friendly. Rooms big and clean first class breakfast. Handy for transport. It’s noisy with the windows open but it didn’t worry me. Overall couldn’t have asked for anything better. Good price as well.

Great accommodations. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that we heard nice or rats in the walls, and it had a noticeable smoke smell. Everything was clean, it was a great location, and the price was right. Would stay here again

Though we only stayed one night at Hotel Bayrischer Hof, we found our experience at the hotel to be a pleasant one. The hotel is centrally located, easily connecting you to the city center of Heidelberg, whether traveling by foot, or by public transit. The hotel itself was tastefully modernized to fit the beautiful old building it is housed in, allowing for a comfortable stay in an historic building. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We would absolutely visit the hotel again!

Great location. Easy to walk to the Main Street which is where most of the hustle and bustle of Heidelberg is. Staff was not overtly friendly but were not outright rude either. The room was clean but ours had slanted ceilings so we had to duck a lot to avoid hitting our heads.

Great hotel
This place was wonderful. It was one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Europe. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was perfect. Location was great. I'm definitely staying here again if I'm in Heidelberg.
