Loved this hotel, huge beautiful rooms that feel luxurious, large lobby with lots of lounge areas if you need to work or relax. Breakfast was good. It’s about a 15-20min walk to Heidelberg old town but if you don’t want to walk, there are nearby bus stops. Parking onsite is convenient. Overall I found this hotel excellent value for money

The area has several spots going under construction that it was too noisy. The air-conditioning system automatically goes out at certain temperatures and cannot be controlled individually we had to call the reception several times to get the answer that they can provide a ventilator fan. However we would like to note that little presents for our kids were very friendly and the staff at the reception were also very professional and friendly when checking in and out.

This is my third time staying and each time the room was a hot mess - literally. There is no way in their rooms (which are always too warm, winter and summer) to control the temperature except for by opening the windows which in Summer means letting in swarms of insects and in winter you have to sleep with the windows open and snow outside. I do not understand why the rooms are always too warm.
