The property was a little off the road but had a cetain charm about it...we pulled onto a narrow farm road and had a short ride past a few bales of haÿ, horses out to pasture, and untouched greenery; we ended up at an older carefully kept getaway. The view of the mountains and quite surrounding caught our attention right away and our hosts extended a warm welcome at the ring of a bell. We think most people will adore the hospitality, outstanding breakfast, and solitude of this unique bed and breakfast close to all the attractions of Hiawassee Ga. Give it a try!

Diamond in the rough

Don't be fooled by the entrance from the highway to the cabin. This is a diamond in the rough. I was highly surprised and truly enjoyed our stay. Our room was very comfortable, and the breakfasts are the best, I haven't had this good of food at any restaurant. Very peaceful and a great place to relax.

Great hosts and really nice accomodations. The ONLY issue we had was the bark walkway. I am visually impaired so the uneven bark was difficult for me to navigate. The property was EXECPTIONALLY quiet and relaxing the food was great and the coffee was unlimited, not much more could be asked for. I strongly recommend this B&B for and couple to get away.

The owners had unlimited access to the property. They came in multiple times and made changes to items or the air conditioner that we had initiated. It felt like we were being watched. Very scary. We decided to leave.

Peaceful and gorgeous views. Dave met us and showed us around this quaint eclectic property. The house was beautifully decorated, with homemade cookies, sodas and snacks. The stay was almost as comfortable as being at home.

Breakfast heaven

What a lovely cosy cottage in the mountains . Very well appointed cottage ,so clean and neat.The hosts were super friendly and looked after us so well. The breakfast we were presented with was by far the best we ever experienced in a B&B and we will go back for that breakfast .

Great Little Cabin

Very quiet cabin in the woods next to a little creek all nature. Cabin is very nice and comfortable steep climb to the upstairs but has bathroom upstairs and downstairs well worth the stay if you need to get away. WiFi is the best phone hit and miss.

This was a very pleasant place to stay for the weekend of our anniversary. We especially loved the delicious breakfast each morning. The location was great and sleep accommodations were great. It was a nice place to get away.

It was a new experience for us. It was clean and very cozy. I was glad to get the king bed and it was very comfy as well. The hosts were very friendly and the food prepared was excellent! We were new to the experience of not having a lock on the bedroom door, but they let us know that they had outdoor cameras and had never had issues with theft or anything else for that matter. We were able to latch the door once inside the room. It rained some and for that and other reasons it would have been nice to have a place to pull up closer to the front of the house to load and unload luggage. The parking is on the property, just at the road. Overall we loved it and are glad for the experience!

This B&B was very personable - we felt at home during our visit! David and Leah work hard to make your visit exceptional. The breakfasts were awesome and very healthy! The only need not met would be handicapped issues. If you want peace and quiet- then this is the place for you!

Quiet and relaxing getaway

The place is out of the main road, serene and quiet, beautiful view.Check in was a breeze, had a QR concierge that's very helpful. Room on 2nd floor with own entrance. Gourmet breakfast for 2 days was delicious and hearty. Mariah does a fantastic job! You can ask Dave anything under the sun! There's complimentary drinks, coffee/tea, afternoon wine if you like, home made cookies. We really enjoyed our stay and will try to return in the Fall!!
