Christmas/New Year's Eve round log villa with SwimSpa, whirlpool and sauna

The cozy wooden house, which is to rent as a complete object, with a spacious garden extends over 300 square meters on a total of 3 floors. It has 5 bedrooms and a bedroom connected to one of the bedrooms with a bunk bed.

In the garden there is a year-round outdoor jacuzzi and a beautiful outdoor sauna (for the outdoor sauna incurs additional costs if used).

Three of the bedrooms and a shared bathroom are located on the top floor of the wooden chalet.

The lowest floor is designed as a separate apartment and also has a cozy infrared sauna for 2 people. Except from the bunk beds, all beds are large double beds with 180x200cm lying surface. In total there are two bedrooms in the lower living area.

The lower living unit also has complete underfloor heating and also a very cozy BIOFIRE basic oven.

Both units are first class, especially in the kitchens.

The upper living unit offers space for 14 people on a long table.

Parking is available in front of the villa.
The villa is embedded in the beautiful nature of the Eifel. Immediately on the Burgen hiking trail invites the stay to discover nearby castles such as Wildenburg or the castle Reifferscheid.
Even for children there is much to discover in this still untouched nature.

Due to the location of the villa in the beautiful nature here are the nearest local shops (net market / bakers / butchers) about 3 km away. Regular storage is recommended for the stay.

In winter, many nearby mountain hiking trails and meadows offer opportunities for tobogganing.

Nice tour groups, especially families and hiking groups are welcome.
For corporate incentives, we will gladly prepare an individual offer for you, especially in the period between Monday and Friday.

For bowling, bachelor parties and similar travel groups, this villa is unfortunately not provided.

In particular, pure groups of men are not admitted due to negative experiences without agreement. We kindly ask you to search for a more suitable accommodation for the purpose of your journey or to consult us in advance.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt im Hellenthal
Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Familien Wochenende im wunderschönen Hellenthal. Der Kontakt und die Abwicklung waren sehr unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Und hat das Wochenende so gut gefallen, dass wir schon den nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht haben.

Tolles Ferienhaus, sehr schöne Umgebung und netter Vermieter
Wir waren mit der großen Familie (6 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder) im Oktober für eine Woche in der Ferienvilla. Haus und Grundstück sind wirklich ein Traum. Es gibt zahlreiche Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten und alles ist in einem äußerst gepflegten Zustand. Die Kinder haben Pool, Whirlpool, Kickertisch und vieles mehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist wurderschön. Wir waren wandern, Pilze sammeln, haben Fahrradtouren gemacht, waren im Wildpark mit Greifvogelstation (absolute Empfehlung), haben Burgen und viele hübsche kleine Orte besichtigt. Sowohl der Vermieter selbst, also auch die nette Dame, die uns das Haus übergeben hat, waren jederzeit ansprechbar und überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen empfehlen und haben selten so ein gemütliches und modern eingerichtetes Ferienshaus gesehen. Für Haus und Vermieter also (mindestens) volle Punktzahl! Abstriche gab es (mal wieder) nur beim Vermittler FeWo-direkt. Seit Jahren ist dort (warum auch immer) nur Kreditkartenzahlung möglich. Außerdem bekommt es FeWo nicht hin, nachvollziehbare Reiseunterlagen zu versenden. Andere Portale schaffen das problemlos. Wir erhielten 2 Tage vor Abreise Informationen nur auf englisch (warum?), von einer anderen Firma "Vrbo" (wer ist das?). Darin fehlten dann auch noch entscheidende Information, wie z.B. Kontaktdaten des Vermieters für Anreise. Auch die Adresse des Hauses fehlte in den Reiseunterlagen. Fazit: Haus und Vermieter top/Vermittler flop

Es war schon unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Haus! Wir hatten erneut ein Mega Wochenende. Es war wieder alles da, was man braucht: Pool, Whirpool und Sauna - einfach perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Haus war total sauber und weiterhin super gepflegt. Ein besonderes Highlight in diesem Jahr war das gratis Bierfass vom Gastgeber! Absolute Empfehlung! 2025 kommen wir wieder!

Wir waren als Familie mit 9 Erwachsenen eine Woche in der schön gelegenen Villa mitten in der Eifel. Das geräumige Haus ist top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und der Wellnessgarten einzigartig. Der Kontakt bei An- und Abreise sowie auch mit Familie Misch war sehr nett und freundlich. Lediglich das Wetter hätte besser sein können. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden absolut erfüllt.
Das Ferienhaus bietet ein großes Platzangebot, mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Große und Kleine Menschen. ( Sauna, Pool, Whirlpool, großer Garten, Fitnessgeräte, Grillplatz….) Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein. Die Burg Reifferscheid war besonders für die Kinder ein tolles Erlebnis. Es gibt eine AnsprechPartnerin vor Ort. Einen besonderen Dank an den Vermieter für das Fäßchen, den Kaffee, die Grillkohle…..und die Leckerchen für den Hund. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt.

Wellness Wochenende mit Mädels
Wir haben die Unterkunft für ein Wellness Wochenende unter Freundinnen gebucht und waren sehr happy, dass unsere Wahl auf dieses Haus gefallen ist. Der Check in und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Haus hat eine super Ausstattung, ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Absolutes Highlight sind auf jeden Fall der Whirlpool und auch die Sauna. Außerdem gibt es noch einen schönen Swimspa, den wir vorher in der Anzeige überlesen hatten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, auch mit Familie, da es im Garten auch genügend Platz zum Spielen gibt inkl. Klettergerüst für Kids. Wir sagen ganz herzlichen Dank!!

Wir haben mit 10 Freundinnen ein wundervolles Wochenende in diesem tollen Haus verbracht! Vorab und auch während des Aufenthaltes hatten wir eine tolle, freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Hausverwalterin. Das Haus ist riesig, der Garten toll und die Sauna ein Traum. Vom Gästehandtuch, über Saunaaufgüsse, bis hin zum Pfannenwender war alles vorhanden und uns hat nichts gefehlt. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

Wunderbares Ferienhaus mit tollem Gartengelände
Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub im Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sauber, die Außensauna ist sehr gemütlich auch jetzt im Winter, die Kinder haben den geheizten Pool mit Gegenstromanlage und den Whirlpool während unseres Aufenthaltes oft genutzt und genossen. Unser herzlicher Dank geht auch an die gastfreundlichen Eigentümer und die Verwalterin des Hauses für den liebevollen Empfang mit einem wunderschönen Präsentkorb mit regionalen Produkten und für die tolle Ausstattung des Hauses mit hochwertiger Ausstattung und tollen Freizeitutensilien wie Dartscheibe, Kicker, ein Bobbycar für die Kleinsten, Fitnessgeräten im Garten u.v.m. Alles in Allem hatten wir einfach eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Haus und kommen gerne wieder.
