Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy the vibrant coastal atmosphere, with views of green lawns and the nearby parking area for easy access. This property features luxurious underfloor heating, ensuring warmth and comfort throughout the space.
The fully equipped kitchen and large dining area are perfect for long lazy lunches, while the huge glass windows provide an ever-changing view. The open-plan design is perfect for entertaining, with modern black pendant lighting creating an inviting ambiance.
