Personnel were very friendly and helpful. Had a handicapped room and liked the walk-in shower, but there was a large rust stain on the wall of the shower which needs to removed. Had a stopped up toilet and was provided a plunger for me to take care of it, which seemed a little unusual. Printer at computer desk for customers was not working, but employees did printout items we needed. Employee managing breakfast did a great job keeping things stocked and helping with any questions/problems. Parking lot was well-lighted.

We booked this hotel as it said it was pet friendly and we were traveling with dogs. When we arrived we were then told there was a $20 per dog fee. And there was also a note posted at checkout that dogs could not be left alone in rooms. We were there for a family memorial service!

it took almost 2 hours for them to get my team checked in. A lot of confusion. My team travel over 4 hours to have to wait that long to check in. They were frustrated because they made them wait and helped multiple costumers. They were ready to get in their rooms.
