Excellent place to stay
With the exception of a couple of niggles the property was excellent. It was clean & well provided. The journey through the lanes to the property was not the best if youre not used narrow lanes but they were so quiet chances of meeting other vehicles was rare. The grounds were well maintained and the area was what could only be described as divine. Countryside all around and the views were breathtaking. All in all a great place to stay.

Perfect Getaway
Great little terraced cottage in a tranquil spot and a beautiful part of the country. Warm bright with so much to see and do right on the doorstep. Stephanie was very informative and settled us in when we arrived. Lovely to wake up with deer outside your kitchen window and three sheep who eat all day and possibly night.

Lovely visit to Henley in Arden
Lovely comfortable property just right for us. We did not take our dogs but the cottage is very dog friendly with a secured grassed area out the back. Also had a nice sheltered seating area outside doors opening out to the back. Very central for Stratford on Avon and Warwick. Must remember to have what you need with you as no shops within walking distance. Stephanie was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Will definitely be going back as there is so much to do and see in the area.

New Year break
The property was just right for a short break for a couple and a dog. All equipment needed was available and hot water was plentiful with good pressure in the shower. It’s a traditional cottage with traditional fittings There was obviously some work in progress in the front shared lawn but didn’t affect our visit. Communication with the owner was very good and we appreciated the map that was left for us and enjoyed a walk to the local pub.

Pets come too!
A unit in a courtyard setting of holiday cottages. so pretty efficient, with an on site manager who was wonderful. We came for a short break with our 3 cats. Things that could be improved - signage from the public road was poor, I found it first time but my husband who came separately drove past and then struggled to locate it in the dark; also the decor and some of the contents of the cottage showed their age, but the towels and bedding were new and fresh. The warmth of the welcome made up for this. Us bringing our cats did not pose any problems and it was good to be trusted about their behaviour (they were model guests!)

Four week stay
We stayed here for a total of 4 weeks - awaiting, and then assisting after, the birth of a grandson. The cottages were ideal for this purpose. Stephanie was able to assist with flexibility in the bookings, including a switch of cottage - babies never arrive to schedule. Both Stephanie and her mother were excellent hosts, friendly and regularly checking that we had what we needed. Both Hazel and Bramble cottage are comfortable and decently equipped. There is plenty of room for parking. The cottages work well and are large enough for a long stay. Irelands farm is lovely and quiet, yet not remote. (Takeaways deliver.) There are various walks on site and in the local area. Overall a very pleasant place to stay if you're visiting the area. We enjoyed our visit, and not just because of our grandson.
