Overall nice hotel. Had booked business room overlooking city. Got a room that overlooked a building in middle of demolition and a dog park. Had a very nice breakfast service. Also, hotel is relatively close to ferry terminal access by foot and airport by taxi.

Dated soulless hotel good location beware parking
Not a 5 star...but a good 3 star. Location great for walking Old Town and restarunts and shops. 12 parking spaces for a very large hotel...parking is a nightmare. Reception and bar service good. But no atmospere in restaraunt or bar. Rooftop with pool only which closes at 1800. Stunning views but no bar or restaruant....crazy!

Desk staff were terrific very helpful and gave us very good advise. Pool area is great and the breakfast was diverse and plentiful. Location was very convenient especially to the port for ferry rides. Every thing else is within walking distance.

This is a 5 star hotel. All staff members are extremely friendly and ready to help. We got a room upgrade when we arrived without even asking for it. The room is clean and the bathroom is well divided, with large shower cabin. There is also a large balcony. The included breakfast is very good and with a lot of traditional Greek and Continental choices. All in all a very good experience. One problem is that the hotel has only 11 parking spaces. However, the reception staff is doing their best to find parking on surrounding streets when the hotel parking gets full. We will definitely stay here again.

This property is right in the city, close to the port. It is walkable to many of the nice shopping and dinning areas. We took a cab one day to a beach - it was 15 Euros. We really liked Herkalion and this was a lovely hotel. We did have an issue with our phone not working which we mentioned multiple times but was never fixed.
