Great location and nice hotel
This was a great location near the waterfront and all the fun busy areas. The hotel was very clean, great breakfast and service. The air conditioning was so so but everything else was great.

Close to the ferry which was very convenient. Close to downtown with dining/shopping options. Room was fine, but shower flooded the bathroom every time including the adjacent counter- sealant around the glass needs fixing. Overall, decent hotel, just overpriced in my opinion - likely due to location.

Spiro claimed that we had no reservation and expedia never sent confirmation, moreover, Spiro claimed that they had no rooms available. We waited over two hours in lobby before the manager arrived and rectified the situation. Poor reception of staff. Two televisions in room but only one remote control. Spiro said that's the way it is.Poor service. Manager was good.

A very good place to stay with a nice view of the port. We stayed twice on our travels to Crete. Parking is the only big issue. The site says it has parking but it’s not on site. It’s either at the port or in a public garage. Both are about 500-600 meters away. Difficult if you are handicaped.

Bardzo ladny hotel. Przemila obsluga hotelowa. Pyszne, urozmaicone sniadanie. Restauracja z pieknym widokiem na port i morze, z przemila obsluga i przepysznymi potrawami. Swietnie polozony hotel. Blisko wszystkich atrakcji turystycznych. Hotel nie ma wlasnego parkingu. Najblizszy parking jest oddalony od hotelu jakies 10 - 15 minut spacerkiem.
