Did not enjoy being given a different room from the one i booked, did not enjoy advised that breakfast would be included even though I paid prior for service. I was advised by front desk that is usual when their clients book through online services they can provide alternative rooms and the buffet was not included. I think its a cop out but likely will not be going back again. The Bellhops maids were all friendly as well as the restaurant the front desk personal i sort of felt they were not willing to help. No microwave in room, couldn't call room service or front desk, phones in room dont work. As a couple going to check in and getting two beds instead of a king size bed and advised we had no other room even though we reserved way ahead of time, we were late getting there no fault of our own, were advised had a shuttle to pick us up then no. Felt more of being a nuisance than customers with the front desk which was a major problem

There was a cockroach in the buffet in the middle of the meal. I ordered room service and it never came to the room. In the buffet the food was cold and you had to ask for it to be heated up and things would run out and they wouldn't bring them to us. The refrigerator that we asked for because I have medicine that needs to be cooled was old and dirty. The carpet in the room was super dirty.

Nothing at all. Reception staff was at all. As one would expect from a front desk clerk. Restaurant staff was friendly. However, they didn’t sell wine by glass . So we didn’t order any at all.. property did not have a a lot of guest, we were not offered an upgrade or even recognized as a Platinum VIP. The room was very standard, comfortable bed and good water pressure. on our way back we’ll just stay at the City Xpress or the Hampton Inn. The gym was good enough.
