Below standard for a Hyatt Regency.
The bathroom was dirty. The bathroom walls have numerous stains, faucets rusted, and carpets moldy. The condition and cleanliness are not acceptable for a high end hotel like a Hyatt Regency, but indicative of a lower tier hotel.

This is a Hyatt!? The elevator service for the 2nd year in a row was HORRENDOUS!! There were times when it literally took 5-8 minutes for an elevator to arrive!! That is completely unacceptable. The walls seem quite thin. I could clearly hear the conversation from the room on one side of me and was woken up by the sound of the alarm clock from the room on the other side. Those 2 things said, the hotel was clean and well cared for and any employees I interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is nicely situated . The lobby ambience was attractive. The elevators were a bit slow though. Breakfast was good. Dinner was average though. Too salty. Room was spacious and nice. Parking for a fee though.
