Missvisande information ang avgifter. Kunde inte checka in om jag inte godkände avgift som inte framgick via mail, ingen på plats att fråga och ingen svarade på telefonnr. Efter kontakt ville de inte återbetala efter fel info. Vi köpte till kvällens rätt vilket var ok första dagen för priset men på lördagen knappt ärligt. Bara uppvärmd mat utan innehållsförteckning och mycket smaklös. Hade inte bokat detta hotell om de inte vore för att hunden fick följa med för 300dansla kronor per natt (dyrt om du frågar mig).

Det var ikke så tilfredsstillende, at vi fik et handicapværelse, det var ikke det vi havde bestilt. Ligeledes var der kaos omkring morgenmaden, hvor vi stod rigtig lang tid i kø og det var forvirrende at finde ud af, hvordan vi skulle tage maden fra buffeten.

Dejligt hotel med god morgenmad
Virkelig fint hotel, der er ikke meget at sætte en finger på. Det eneste er at der ingen udluftning på badeværelset var. Men ellers super fint værelse, pænt og rent. Morgenmaden var også rigtig god med stort udvalg.

Lavpris-koncept synligt alle steder, omend rengøringen var fin. Konceptet er åbenbart, at der skal være så få ansatte som muligt - og det er jo legalt, men ikke særlig fedt at kommunikere alt på en Ipad. Det, der egentlig generer mig er, at alt er på engelsk. Hvis nu skilte osv var BÅDE på dansk og engelsk, ville det vel være ok, men at det KUN er på engelsk, synes jeg er meget mærkeligt, når vi nu er i Danmark.
