Hierden Business Hotels

"We went to the restaurant (Friday) and service was slow and we had to wait for a long time for service. The ordered food was ended. Not enought persons at work. We had a towel of our own and the roomcleaner took it. We had reserved two beds but we had a big bed and one blanket. We did not have the big bathtowels for the both of us (only one). We had to ask everything (and wc-paper). The parking was easy and good. The coffee machine was broken every morning at breakfast."

"Unfortunately, the service was not at the desired level. I received my room two hours after check-in time because my room was dirty. I had to wait a long time. On the third day, my room was entered after 1:00 by other guests with security!!! I was not satisfied and did not expect a hotel to be like this!"
