Comfortable bed. Nice, clean rooms. The continental breakfast was a great added bonus! The room rate was fair! I would stay here again!

The rugs in the hallways are filthy. The bath towels are the size of a tea towel. The deadbolt on the door didn’t lock. Staff is pleasant enough.

The property is fine but the Cleaning has some major issues. They don’t have clean washrooms and rooms. Dirty rooms, Asked to make room at reception and they don't even clean the bedsheets we had to change our own bedsheets. Stayed for 5 nights. Not recommended. Try different place the price is same. They don’t have laundry in hotel but put Laundry services at Expedia.

Checked in to a dirty not turned over room with no towels or sheets on the bed, full garbage cans. Only other rooms available were smoking. At least the front desk staff was able to get me some towels and sheets for the bed which I made myself.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was in an unacceptable condition upon entering, there was a strong, unpleasant odor. The bedding clearly had not been changed, as there were multiple strands of hair, dead skin flakes, and even blood spots on the sheets, which was absolutely horrifying. The room was also very dusty, adding to the overall feeling of uncleanliness. To make matters worse, there were no tissue papers provided. It was truly one of the grossest experiences I've ever had in a hotel.

I was in the property on 10 Aug and the room was not even clean hosekeeping left it undone and front staff told me he cant do anything. That was so inconvient to stay in the room which was not clean and no other room was available.

Both beds were made; one of the beds looked like grumpy or sleepy from the front desk may have laid on one of the beds. Lamp was left on with win slide open. Carpeting in the hallways had 3-d effects with it ruffled worn out texture.

The receptionist gave use keys to someone else’s room that was occupied and 3 minutes sooner of us walking in the room we would have caught her naked changing was not impressed
