This upscale, 3 level, townhome in established gated community, provides the best of both worlds, mountain views and walkability to some of Highlands most popular attractions.  The open floorplan with soaring ceilings, hardwood floors and stone fireplace create a spacious yet cozy environment.

The chef's kitchen with its large island and high-end appliances is a chef’s dream and the ideal space for entertaining. The substantial screened in porch with a fireplace and TV, along with a grilling deck, are perfect for moving the gathering outside.

A short, terraced trail with steps just outside, leads you down to Chestnut street putting you right in front of the new Performing Arts Center and it’s an easy walk to the Recreation Center with a fitness center,  pickleball, tennis, skatepark and indoor swimming. Walk to Kelsey Hutchinson Park for the farmer's market, arts and crafts shows and concerts.

Cancellation Policy

Policy (A)  for reservations less than 20 days:
A reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, the renter shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.

Policy (B) for reservations of 20 days or more and reservations made 6 months in advance:
NO refund is given unless the property is re-rented under the same terms (Trip insurance is available and recommended to help protect your trip).

It would have helped if the foliage and brush leading to the front door was trimmed back. Also a stone paver or two wasn’t steady. Maybe get another battery for the garage door as it gave out too soon as we were loading up. House was very nice though and wished we could have stayed longer. No power or cell
