The driveway can comfortably hold 2 cars and there is free parking on the street as well. Both floors have a balcony from where you can enjoy the sunrise and there is an ample deck in the backyard to relax under the shade of Oak trees in the backyard. There is an extra room and bathroom located on the above ground basement.
