This completely remodeled and newly decorated townhome located in VZ Top sits just above the renowned Highlands Country Club and.is just two miles from downtown Highlands. Surrounding Little Yellow Mountain at 4,500 feet above sea level, you'll have a fantastic 50 mile, 180 degree view of the Blue Valley.
The main level of this approximately 2000 square foot condo has 12 foot high ceilings in the living room with rustic beams and a grand picture window from floor to ceiling which stretches across the entire width of the living room to enjoy the panoramic mountain views and sunsets. The living room also has a beautiful floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace with a 100 year old rustic wood beam mantel. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area where the large table comfortably seats six people. Barstool seating at the kitchen counter can accommodate four more guests in the same room. Off the dining room is a covered balcony where you can watch the sunset go down behind the mountains and enjoy a different “show” every evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless-steel appliances, stone countertops, smooth top stove, a Keurig machine and all the pots, pans and utensils you’ll need to create fabulous meals when dining in.
The primary suite is located on the upper level and takes up the entire floor ensuring maximum privacy. A new King bed, updated bathroom with shower and double vanities and TV create a relaxing and comfortable environment. The two other bedrooms are located on the lower level along with a full size, updated bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The first bedroom has a new King size bed with a TV and the second bedroom has a new Queen Size bed. There is also a washer and dryer on this level. All bedrooms have been comfortably furnished with new luxury linens, new curtains, new coverlets, and new down comforters for those cooler evenings. Each bedroom has its own private covered balcony with a pair of rocking chairs and table to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee or a glass of wine, while taking in the views of the mountains and sunset.
Main Street Highlands NC is just a 10-minute drive down the mountain. With our great shopping, fine dining establishments and the Old Edwards Inn and Spa, there’s lots to do in town. Outdoor enthusiasts will love being so close to the many hiking trails, lakes, and waterfalls in the area.

Cancellation Policy
Policy (A) for reservations less than 20 days:
A reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, the renter shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.
Policy (B) for reservations of 20 days or more and reservations made 6 months in advance:
NO refund is given unless the property is re-rented under the same terms (Trip insurance is available and recommended to help protect your trip).
