Traditional beach cottage with space for everyone !
I have vacationed at rhe delaware beaches most of my life and was never a gan of Dewey (Rehobeth) I exoected the lovation to be loud and noisy based on its proximity to Dewey but we were wrong. 4 quiet blocks away from all the Dewey beach has to offer, but far enough away to hear the crickets. Well stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. Great hidden gem . mfore

Great property - great kitchen if you like to cook. Perfect spot for families. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations for family get together. Very comfortable house and great location
2 families with kids ranging from 5 to 15yo. Very comfortable accommodations, close walk to be beach and well stock with all necessities. We were able to cook some days, drive and walk to fun activities and even enjoyed staying in when one of the kids got a 24h fever bug. There were puzzles and games to keep us busy and entertainment options for everyone. Highly recommend it

Lovely older home w/ hardwood floors; updated, very-well stocked kitchen. Bathrooms, kitchen & floors were very clean. Nice neighborhood on the West side of Highway 1A. Lovely screened-in porch.

Great beach house
This is a wonderful beach house with good size rooms, plenty of storage, a nice shady back yard, easy walk to the ocean and well stocked kitchen. There is a “twin bed dorm” which is perfect for the kids/ grandkids. The beds in this room are tired but I’m told will be replaced for next season. W had a great time here and will look to return next season!

Good location
The house has a well equipped kitchen and lots of nice touches. It’s located a few blocks from the beach, about a 10 minute walk. I was told I needed to bring sheets and was given the bed sizes, which we brought with us. I was disappointed that I needed to go and purchase bath towels, toilet paper, hand soap and dish soap. I would have thought they would have been provided, even hotels include this. There are a ton of stores within a 15-20 minute drive. Overall, it was a great week- the weather was fabulous!

Great place to stay!
The location is great and it was an easy walk to the town of Dewey and Dewey beach! The house is large and had plenty of space for our family of 6. It was celaan and updated nicely. The back porch was our favorit place! We would definitely stay here again!

The house is perfect for a medium sized family at Dewey beach and the location is close to the beach. The house was very clean and well maintained. Allan was a pleasure to work with and check in/out were seamless. Woupd be happy to return anytime and stay again!

We were a 3 generation family of 7. The layout of the house was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well stocked for eating-in. Allan had sent us information about the house and places to eat and visit which was very helpful.

We really felt at home at Ann Acres—plenty of room for my family of ten to veg out in the living room or on the screened porch. We cooked out on the grill and watched the grandkids kick the soccer ball in the backyard. The house was clean and everything we needed was at our fingertips. The host was super responsive and helpful. We are definitely considering coming back next year!

Dewey beach stay
It was nice. Having to supply your own sheets and towels and hand towels is a bit of a hassle. no beach chairs, bikes, beach toys, or umbrellas are available for your use either. Our price might have been off peak but probably reflected the above missing items. If you’re driving in from out of town it’s hard to have space to pack all of those things.

Wonderful week at the beach
Great house for a beach vacation. We had a family of 10 and loved our experience. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and dining room was perfect for hanging out, the den was perfect for downtime and most importantly, the screened in porch was a perfect way to end every night. Easy walk to the beach and Dewey restaurants, easy drive to everywhere else. Can't recommend this place highly enough!

Nice house in quiet area close to Dewey Beach
Holly Bush Cottage is a very comfortable and well equipped house. It seemed that almost anything we needed was there at the house and available. The hosts go out of their way to stock and supply the home. The newly renovated kitchen and baths are really wonderful, and the screened porch is lovely. It's a short walk across two intersections to the beach but bring your own beach wagon if you're carrying more than just a towel! We enjoyed the farm market at the end of the street to pick up a few items. Walking to and from Dewey is easy and quick. We would definitely recommend it!
