Conveniently situated between Boulder & Denver (where we were visiting family) & close to main route to both cities. Parking in back was easy & close to our room. Great hot tub for soothing sore muscles after hikes & walking. Good breakfast buffet, but wish they had apple or cranberry juice (not orange). Beds were comfortable & bathroom was well-lit, with roomy shower & decent water pressure. Lighting was good for all areas of our room EXCEPT over beds (very poor setup for reading). This needs to be updated.

I was unable to check in due to a wreck in front of the property. I called the hotel and was told there was only one entrance and I could just wait in my car in the parking lot next door for the wreck to be cleared. I left. Customer Service was horrible and I contacted hotels.com only to have my chat disconnected when I was trying to explain.

The breakfast was not complimentary like stated in the add $42 for 2 people for a buffet. The day staff was extremely rude. Blinds in room did not work so we were downgraded to a smaller room. When we tried to talk to the staff she was very rude. When I said “I probably wouldn’t stay there again” her response was “OK”. Would consider staying somewhere else next time. Not happy at all with the day staff.
