Great location
We loved staying here. Plenty of room and modern decor. Location is great and riding bikes for breakfast, coffee was a lot of fun. Didn’t have any problems checking in and everything we expected was provided. Only suggestion I have would be to update the board games. My family and I tried to play a few and many pieces were missing.

Low Country Golfing For Heroes Event
Location was conveniently located near Wexford. Some miscommunications to get initial pass to enter; Guard shack insisted nothing under my name in anyway. However, once I retrieve the original email with unit number, "John C" reservations were found immediately. Our organization, Italian American War Veterans of US/ Department of RI, appreciates all done by owner to accommodate combat veterans who traveled from RI for the event at Wexford.

The property worked out perfectly for our group. Everything was set up and furnished to meet all of our needs. The only slight issue is that the downstairs toilet runs all night which was bothersome overnight. The neighborhood amenities are great and beach access was easy and clean. We would definitely return to this property.

Loved this condo in Palmetto Dunes! Spacious clean rooms for 5 adults. The outside area was so comfortable & we enjoyed the gas fireplace. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a meal. This location is perfect! Close to restaurants & shopping. Tricia, our contact person, was quick to respond to any questions I had. We booked this condo for next year! Very happy!

Several upgrades needed. Upon checkin, the storm door fell off on the back patio. Master shower faucet would not turn off properly and leaked water for the entire stay. TV needs an upgrade and specific instructions on how to turn on. Our last evening, the AC went out. Overall, the property seemed over priced for the quality of place.

Exactly what we needed. Parking at the Disney beach access was easy for us in August. Beach was clean and kids loved it. Only problem for us was the bathroom at beach was locked when we tried to use it so had to drive back to condo for bathroom.

Our stay in Palmetto Dunes was wonderful. Lots of activities for all ages. Our unit was nice, however, you couldn't sit outside in the front or the back of the property because it was a mess. In my opinion, with the amount of overgrown trees all over the property, there should be a concrete or paver patio either in the front or the back or both. The back area was muddy and damp all the time and because of that we couldn't sit on the cushions because they were moldy as was the table umbrella. It should be cleaned up and renovated so that guests can enjoy being outside. There is a tree growing in the front that has caused the sidewalk to heave leaving a trip hazard. With improvements to the outside area, this would be a unit I would rent again.

Inverness condo
Our family loved staying in Inverness this year. Palmetto Dunes is one of the most beautiful and well kept places I’ve ever seen. We love the lagoon system for paddling and while we don’t play golf, it’s beautiful just to be on the course. We loved spending time at the pool overlooking the lagoon and riding bikes on the bike path to the beach and Shelter Cove. The condo itself had plenty of room. We enjoyed eating outside on the patio every day and cooking meals in the well-stocked kitchen. We were thankful that the owner provided several fans for the bedrooms as it’s always very difficult to keep rooms cool at Hilton Head, especially upstairs. We stayed in mid-May so it wasn’t too bad but I can see July-September being stuffy in the upstairs portion of the condo because of the high ceilings. There were a few spiders in this unit but I’m sure the owner could schedule pest control to remedy that. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring break getaway
The house was great, and the location was perfect. Palmetto Dunes, and Shelter Cove right across the street, offered everything we needed during our stay: beach access, transportation, restaurants galore, and activities (bikes and pickle ball) to keep both kids and adults happy. We'll definitely be returning!

The property was very nice - well maintained, spacious and clean. The a/c stopped working the day we got there and the broken part was on backorder and it was pretty warm but the property manager and owner were very responsive and immediately got us 3 fans and even gave us a partial credit for our stay. Under the circumstances they did everything they could and we were most appreciative. Hopefully nobody who stays in this property will have this issue! That being said, we would stay here again!

First Family Getaway
This was the first time since my sister and I got married that we vacationed together with our respective families and parents! It was a wonderful experience! The property is just as it was listed! The cleanliness was excellent which made my sister more comfortable traveling with her two small children during the pandemic! The property was extremely well stocked and had everything you could possibly need! The location is great! Very easy drive/walk/bike to the beach! Quiet community! Lots to do!

Beautiful
We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The location was great, right on the golf course. For days we went to the beach it was about a mile to get there. It was very clean upon arrival and had everything you could need for a perfect beach day in the storage shed out back. Throughout my stay I had a few questions and was able to email the property manager and get an almost instant response! I would definitely recommend this home to any friends and family.
