When checking in, there was no one at the desk. It was only 4pm. I waited several minutes with no one there. I called out and the person said they would be there in a minute. The woman came out and was not very pleasant. Everything else about the hotel was awesome. I love the hotel and the room.

After we arrived and started to unpack, i was walking in the room in my socks, and they got wet from a soggy carpet. I called the front desk right away, and they switched us to another room. The refrigerator was probably leaking, and it had a funny odor.

The beds in the room were all caved in. The caulking in the shower was moldy. The water from the shower pooled up in front of the toilet. The stall were all very friendly and helpful.

Do not mind a pet friendly hotel; however, for those of us with animal allergies, it’s a little rough! Maybe keep one Floor Open for pets so others don’t have to suffer with allergies or with constant barking???

Had not requested handicap accommodations but received them. Problem with shower which, without barrier, allowed water to cover the toilet floor and remained wet during the entire stay. Request that water be mopped up, assured it would be so, but NEVER HAPPEN. Told they could not switch rooms because we booked through EXPEDIA and this was what they had to offer for this account. As a Hilton Honors member, Expedia member and general client, I was/am unimpressed.

We came to the property so we could have electricity and water (our house was affected by the hurricane). It did the trick. It’s not a fancy hotel by any means, but it was nice enough and served the purpose. Pros- unique room design of the king suite worked better than expected, bed was comfortable, breakfast was really enjoyable with lots of options, the AC was extra cold Cons- our room stayed pretty musty and humid the whole time, the pool wasn’t great and the towels were very worn (pool) and very thin and small (room towels).
