Shorewood 430 - Stunning Oceanview 4th Floor Condo

With an oversized balcony accessible to by the living room, guests staying in Shorewood 430 enjoy a great view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Shorewood pool area. After hours in the surf, vacationers return from the ocean via Shorewood's beach walkway and then dip into the freshwater swimming pool or a seasonally heated spa. Toddlers have a separate wading pool. Shorewood is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Shorewood is two blocks from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Love the location!!!
Shorewood is a great place to stay. This condo is beautiful and the kitchen is fully stocked with items you’ll need. The only problem we had was the elevator broke on our last night and we had to carry everything down four flights. That was rough!

We had a wonderful family vacation on HHI! The condo was MAGNIFICENT! Condo was exactly as pictured, newly updated, well stocked and super clean! Property is located right near the beach, gated and within walking distance to Coligny Shopping Plaza! Highly Recommend! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Great condo with lots of room to spread out. The proximity to Coligny Beach and the balcony are 2 big reasons we loved it here. The only downside was the elevator was broken the whole time and going up 4 flights of stairs every time we left was brutal.

Clean and updated villa. Great location only steps from Coligny Beach amenities. Check in process is a bit prehistoric as the days of having to check in at a remote office to gain access to your condo are over! Or at least they should be. Other than that great condo great pool and one level beach access which is great for those lugging kids gear and wagons!!!

We absolutely loved out stay at Shorewood Villas 430. Everything was as described. Pictures did not do this place justice! Plenty of space to spread out at the end of the day and amazing view from the balcony! Easy walk to the pool and beach. We will definitely be back! :) Thank you for the hospitality!!!!!

The condo was delightful. It was very clean, well decorated and it is in central location. No complaints at all with the condo. Only frustration was that there were not more umbrellas at the pool. In the extreme heat, it is almost unbearable to enjoy the pool when there is no relief from the sun. The pool was quite nice, just additional umbrellas were needed.

We loved the location, perfect for Beach Walking & Viewing, visiting Savannah, GA & Bluffton, SC. Condo was elegant beach, perfect for our Famiky Girls Trip between Christmas 2021 & New Years 2022 One tip we have is to skip Harbor Town & go to the quaint little “Hallmark” Town of Bluffton. Shops are charming.

Amazing condo!
If you're looking for a modern, clean and perfectly located condo on the beach look no further. This condo was amazing. It truly feels like a home and not just a rental property. The owners really have thought of every detail and are very informative on how to use everything from turning on the TV to using the washer and dryer. The condo was very clean when we arrived. The communication from the property management company leading up to our arrival was fantastic. They even met us at the rental office even though it was after hours and were very informative. The pool on site was great and the access to the beach was perfect. I can't say enough things about this property except to say we are already planning our trip back next year. Thank you!

Absolutely LOVED Our Stay!
This property was just as it was advertised. It was perfect for my wife and 16 year old son. It was very clean, and had everything we needed for our 7 night stay. The Seashore Staff (particularly Cissy and Buddy) was outstanding! The location of the property can’t be beat; we had quick access to the pool area, as well as the beach. And Coligny Plaza and Beach Park were just a short walk away. We would most definitely stay here again!

You'll want to come back!
Great condo on a great property in an unbeatable location! The condo is updated with nice finishes. The combination of ocean view, beach access, heated pool in November (not sure if year-round), and easy walk into Coligny make this a condo we'd love to stay at again! The property management was very responsive and check-in was a breeze. The only drawback was the floors weren't as clean as we'd expect. That said, they weren't terrible and there was a vacuum in the closet (on a positive note - the closet also had a couple beach chairs and a tub of beach toys!). Would definitely recommend staying here.
