The first floor hosts a bedroom with king bedding and an adjoining bathroom. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances that provide an open workspace to cook all of your favorite meals. The spacious living room adjoins the Carolina Room with views of the Calibouge Sound. From the Carolina Room, you can access your private deck with a gas grill. Perfect for al fresco dining! The second floor has the master bedroom with an en-suite bath and 2 additional bedrooms each outfitted with 2 twin beds that share a hall bathroom.
The on-site pool is open for the 2024 Season and swimming is allowed from 8:00 until SUNSET. The restrooms located inside the pool facility will remain closed. Please use the portable restrooms located just outside the the pool fenced in area. The pool will close for season on September 30th, 2024 and will reopen in Spring of 2025.
NOTE REGARDING SOUTH BEACH SEA PINES GUESTS: Phase 5 of the Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled to begin in early fall 2024 with an estimated completion time of Spring 2025. This project is vital for repairing and improving the stormwater drainage system, as well as the roadway and leisure trail conditions along South Sea Pines Drive.
• Heavy machinery and construction vehicles will be traveling to and from the project site.
• Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place daily, weather permitting. Temporary full lane closures may be required at times.
• Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians.
• Sidewalks and leisure trails in the project area will be closed as needed. Pedestrians and bike riders should expect delays and be prepared to stop and follow detours.
• For safety, bike riders will be required to dismount and walk bikes around the active work zones.
