POOL HEAT: The pool can be heated for an additional $1000/week and the Spa for $500/week. Pool & spa heat must be added to your reservation at least 30 days prior to arrival or on the day of the booking. Last minute requests may not be available and are subject to a service fee. We do not heat the pool from Memorial Day-Labor Day.

Wonderful Beach House
We had a wonderful week in Hilton Head. The house exceeded our expectations! Very well kept and the kitchen is stocked with all you need for cooking meals. The location is a short walk to the beach (about a block and half), so a great place for families with small children. There were 8 of us staying (2 families) and we had plenty of room too spread out. I would highly recommend this home for a great vacation at the beach!

Quality Property with administrative downsides
Excellent location and well-appointed for a family trip. Only reason I can't leave a 5-star review is due to the overly-extensive check-out instructions and intrusive check-in process. Our reservation was nearly cancelled due to not filling out form-based information that came from a non-VRBO associated email address for the property. This appeared to be spam at first glance. I also received numerous automated text messages from the property management company. Not sure what these accomplished. Also, the last thing we wanted to be doing on the morning of checkout with elderly grandparents/small children is spend 1-2 hours cleaning, stripping sheets, taking all garbage out, etc. This is not hospitable particularly when guests are treating the property with respect and it is being left in a condition of normal use. Please consider revising these policies. They will make me evaluate other options for vacation rentals for future trips to HH.

We really liked the interior of the house, it was very comfortable with a few things that could use some attention but overall happy. We were disappointed that the hot tub wouldn't work as we paid extra to have it. The water wouldn't heat up and it took a couple days to have it addressed, but even after the company came to look at the issue, it wasn't resolved. The house is an excellent short walk to a private gate that leads to the beach. Everything we needed was only a 5-10 minute drive away.

Some minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed but definitely recommend the home Doors; Handle in master came off French doors off 2nd kitchen don’t lock Got locked out of one of the smaller bedrooms the first night and there were no tools available to unlock door Drains in master and guest bath need to be cleared Tv remote in master missing Instructions for TVs need to be more explicit Water line in main fridge leaking Baseboards//door jams and most area rugs need a deep cleaned

All the reviews were correct about the property. The house was clean with everything we needed from brooms to dishes and other cooking aids. Our kids were looking forward to the heat for the spa but the gas was turned off. My only complaint would be that the outside needed some attention with regards to the grass, shrubs and a couple of pads needed replaced at the foot of the steps - just some outside tlc.

A well appointed recently constructed home with 4 bedrooms, two full kitchens, nice veranda, garden and a conveniently heated pool and spa. Very close to beach (1 block to walkway 106A). Overall we were very satisfied with rental. Requested management to clean pool after rainstorm and they were responsive. Minor comments: outdoor grill could use a replacement.

House has a nice layout, good size kitchen though no supplies like foil, tupperware, to make cooking easier. Beds were very comfortable. Location was great. Living room needs comfortable chairs. Two straight cane chairs not fun to watch TV Couch not enough for two+ people. Paid for heated pool in winter which never did work tho mgmt co responsive and did try to help.

Great House for our Family Getaway
This house was great for our recent family getaway. We had 7 adults and two toddlers. Loved that the house has two separate living areas, so people could spread out. Perfect Place
We've been visiting HHI for years. I was pleasantly surprised at how meticulously clean this house was. Everything was labeled and we had plenty of space to spread out. Fenced yard a definite plus, was private with the lush green landscaping. I highly recommend this house. See you next year.

We very much enjoyed our week at 30 Moonshell. It had plenty of space for everybody but was not too spread out. Nice pool which we liked almost as much as the beach which was only a 5 minute walk. We will definitely consider coming back next beach vacation!
