This beautifully decorated 6 bedroom, 6 bath open concept home has three master bedroom suites with king beds and flat screen TVs. The master bathrooms are simply exquisite, with spa tubs, dual sinks, and separate frameless showers with lavish stone floors and walls. The kitchen is perfect for family get together. It is timeless and beautiful. It is by far among the most comfortable and inviting rooms to be in. There are two large bonus rooms on the top floor that are a perfect place the kids to relax. They each have their own private bathrooms and televisions.

We also have 27 Corine Lane if you are traveling with a larger group!

POOL DIMENSIONS: 19' x 10'

POOL HEAT: The pool can be heated for an additional $500/week. Pool heat must be added to your reservation at least 30 days prior to arrival or on the day of the booking. Last minute requests may or may not be available and are subject to a service fee. Pool heat is available all year round.

NOTE: We cannot guarantee pool heat when air temps are below 60 degrees.
NOTE: We do not provide any Beach Towels or Equipment.

FREE TRANSPORTATION: Seasonal beach shuttle runs from the end of May to the end of August. The hours of operation are Sunday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Pick-up upon request. Location of pick-up/drop-off is to be determined by guest.

CANCELLATION POLICY: See rental agreement for more information or contact Vacation Homes of Hilton Head with any questions. If you are booking on a third party site such as VRBO or Expedia, you are subject to Vacation Homes of Hilton Head's cancellation policy.

NOTE: Guests without travel insurance will not receive a refund or reimbursement for weather, hurricanes, mandatory and/ or voluntary evacuations, pandemics, etc. Please contact us for questions regarding coverage and to purchase a protection plan. Travel Insurance must be paid full upon purchase.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card. Photo copies of both the reservation holders Driver’s License and Credit Card will be required.

Great family house with shuttle to beach
Our family of 8 adults and 7 children enjoyed our week in Hilton Head. The house had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and dining seating for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed for making our family meals. The pool beneath the house was used every day after returning from the beach and we did not need to have the pool heated due to this summer’s heat wave. The shuttle was a great help in getting our little ones and some of our equipment to the beach. Our entire group was very satisfied with our experience.

Great house, great location, great host
Place was immaculate and in great shape! Was in a quiet neighborhood about 10 minute nice walk to the beach. Shuttles were operating if you wanted a lift. Entire house really upscale and in great condition. We had two minor plumbing issues on day and I sent a text asking for help. Problem was dealt with in two hours! Check in and out was great and easy, entire stay was awesome. Only thing we didn’t like was that the pool was under cover and didn’t have a cover to keep it warm. It was cooler in May, so the pool was still cold when we were there. I think a $40 cover for the pool would solve that problem. Overall I would enthusiastically stay here again and with a different property also with this host!

Wonderful vacation.
House was all that we expected. Very clean and close walk or bike ride to the beach. We had family staying from ages 3 to 67 and it was perfect for everyone. When we had a problem - (they were minor) but were promptly taken care of. Thanks to the owners and the staff that served us.

House disappointing for the money
Very hot on third floor… second floor bedrooms get hot in the middle of the night…… refrigerator/ freezer didn’t work well…no DVD until the night before we left…..had to wash pots and pans before use they were greasy…..food inside sofas and underneath…..family room too small for 15 and the furniture was very worn out….beautiful decor and art…..definitely not worth the price

Summer vacation
This was a great property for the whole family of 14 of us and plenty of room . But the beds are hard as a rock , toilettes kept clogging , internet kept going out . Don’t bring anything but a car with you because you can’t keep a trailer or anything on the property so that was an inconvenience for us since we brought a trailer with all of our stuff in it and then had to spend half a day figuring out what to do with it . The pool was freezing couldn’t even use it , it is also super small which wasn’t too big of a deal for us since it was too cold to even go in it . We had 7 kids and wanted to be able to use it .

Clean, high end property conveniently located with all amenities you need. Listing is three story to the top floor bedrooms so those in your group who are the youngest can handle the stairs. Reasonably priced for quantity of bed/baths.

Spring Break at HHI
Overall fantastic experience. We have previously been to Hilton Head many times but always stayed in Sea Pines. This location was perfect - short bike ride to the beach, short walk to free public tennis courts, and much less crowded than the southern part of the island...Which was nice during pandemic travel. House is beautiful - well furnished and large bedrooms allowed privacy when needed for the large group we were with. Perfectly clean upon arrival and the management company was responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We would stay again without question.

We had a wonderful weekend get away! Our group of friends called “The Crew” spent a long weekend at this beautiful location. Close to the beach and well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and enjoy yourself! We had two little issues that were taken care of quickly once I contacted the office. You will not be disappointed with this beautifully decorated vacation home!

Family Reunion

This home was perfect for our family 4th of July vacation!
There were 13 of us and this home offered everything we could have wanted. The living space is great, kitchen and dining rooms were perfect. The bedrooms with each one having its own bathroom could not have been nicer.We had lots of room to spread out and hang out by the pool. This home is in a fantastic location. Great access to the beach, to shopping and restaurants. We were so fortunate to have stayed at Maison Bleue! Thank you!

Fantastic getaway

Wonderful Thanksgiving at Maison Bleue!
Our family met at Maison Bleue for Thanksgiving. It is a beautiful property, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday together--a kitchen stocked with the items a cook needs to prepare great meals, ample dining space, a lovely family room, and gorgeous bedrooms with private baths. Based on our summer rental experiences at other homes on the island, we brought lots of things from home that were in the kitchen at Maison Bleue. Maison Bleue already had wine glasses, casserole dishes, muffin pans, baking sheets, serving bowls, a strainer, a colander, a grater, even a meat thermometer! Who could ask for more for family entertaining? The classic designer touches throughout the home gave it such a nice feel, and we appreciated the ability to enjoy these while also having modern baths with walk-in showers, smart tvs, and keyless entry. Our group ranged in age from preschool to late 70s, and everyone loved the home! The owner responded quickly to inquiry and was easy to work with. This was a great experience all around. We cannot wait to return.
