Family Vacation
The property was great! The condo was huge, well stocked, and clean. The pool was beautiful and not crowded at all when we stayed mid September. The only negative is that the king bed wasn’t very comfortable, either were the provided pillows- wish I had brought mine from home!

Great place, inconvenient check in/out
You can’t beat the location and this condo was clearly renovated recently so our stay was great. My only complaint would be that they haven’t updated from keys you have to pick up and drop off at a vacation property office to a key code like most other places we’ve rented.

Girls beach week
The property was clean and as described. The kitchen could use help. Limited pots and pans in poor condition. There was one teaspoon and rest were large tablespoons, hard to eat with a giant spoon. There were no instructions for tvs finally got one working. There were no folding luggage holders so you had to put everything away (master) or use the floor. Second bedroom had limited area for clothes storage making it hard for two adults with suitcases. Beds were ok, pillows not so. King bed had only two pillows. There were extra but no cases. Shorewood is a favorite place to stay. Close to Coligny and great beach access plus nice pool and hot tub.

Great for families
My family had the best time in Hilton Head. This villa was prefect overall. We loved the pool, the access to the beach, and being close to everything in town. It was nice that there was beach chairs, beach toys, and an umbrella provided. My 3 year old is already looking forward on coming back next year.

Suited our family perfectly
We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. We enjoyed our proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. Given that we were close to a public beach access, the beach was a bit more crowded than ideal. The condo suited our family of four very well. The kids had their own room and bathroom. There were a few issues with a slow draining sink, broken TV remote and VERY slow ice maker that have been communicated with the property managers and owners. There are beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys available that were not mentioned on the listing (I would assume their presence cannot be counted on). I would stay here again.

Great Condo and Great Location
We had a wonderful stay! The location can't be beat. Our only complaint was the shower in the master bedroom would not get cool at all - not a serious issue but when it's hot out there, it's nice to take a cooler shower. Also - we couldn't find a broom which might be a good addition for sandy floors. Thank you so much for the stay!

The location of the property and the actual property itself was our favorite part. The room was great, too! We loved being able to walk to the playground, the pool, the beach, the shops and grocery store, and restaurants!

Condo was true to description. It was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We had some minor issues that property management was quick to address. Selena and Dakota were pleasant and helpful. Easy access to the pool and beach as well as walkable to town. Everything we needed for a great month away. We would return for sure!

Fall Break at Shorewood
This was our first visit to HHI. Overall, we were satisfied with the property. This is a great location and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Very short walk to the beach. The only complaints are that the kitchen is not well stocked; there wasn't enough hot water for us to all four shower (however, I do have two teenage girls); and the lack of vanities in the bathrooms made it difficult to get ready. Those are minor issues and, overall, we were very happy with the condo. Check in was a breeze and we love the location. Very comfy furniture and the layout is good- the living room is far away from the bedroom. We will return.

Wash your dishes
Housekeeping did a nice job of cleaning the condo and I wouldn't expect them to check dishes. Some actually had food on them, so we loaded them all into the dishwasher and ran it before using any dishes & washed the pots & pans too, which we would always do in a condo rental.

Beach trip stay
Great property with everything located closely and easy to access. Easy access to pool and beach and all the shops and food in the area. My only complaint would be the air had to be set on 70 degrees and was kind of warm due to there being no ceiling fans. There was a box fan in closet that we used to keep a kids cooler. The back room was warm due to the fact that it got direct sun and there was no fan. Property states that air conditioner will freeze if lower than 70. The washer and dryer weren’t the best but did their job. We had an amazing stay and would stay there again.

Great property for families
Negatives - TVs are not smart TVs. Also not having a TV in the 2nd bedroom for kids stinks. The lack of vanity space in the bathrooms is annoying. Also, we were left 4 wash clothes for a family of 4 for an entire week. We had to wash laundry every day because of this. I did the negatives first because the great outweighs the bad. The condo was clean. Furniture is a little battered, but it’s what I’d expect from a rental. The beds are comfy and the AC worked great. Kitchen is functional. The location to the beach and the parking is awesome. We would absolutely stay here again and are grateful for the opportunity. Shorewood takes great care of the property. The pool stayed clean all week and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Oh…..and don’t let the light above the table and chairs blow you away with its “brightness”. 😂

Condo is in a nice location, very walkable area. Beach was clean and access is great. Condo complex has gated access to the condos and beach area. Pool requires wrist bands. Condo was large, ocean view is there…but small. Updated flooring was nice, but needs a broom or stick style vacuum. Vacuum in unit is for carpet. No TV in 2nd bedroom and living room TV is not a “smart” TV. Bed is master is awful. Definitely needs to be replaced-both the mattress and the frame.
