This 5 bedroom vacation home is located in the Sea Pines Resort, just 3/4 mile from the famous Salty Dog Café (a 5 minute bike ride). It is across from the beach access (157 ft from the back door to the access) and is on the sea pines bike path. There is also a fishing spot on Sprunt pond one block away.

This old school beach house has been completed remodeled. The house is well situated for multiple families to share a week at the beach, sleeping 17 in 5 bedrooms with 5 baths. It is also handicapped friendly with no stairs for the main living area and two bedrooms.

The great room is spacious and perfect for your large family gatherings. There are three sofas (one is a sleeper) for plenty of comfy seating and a 58 inch smart TV with separate HDMI and USB connections for all of your devices. Fill the house with music using the built in Sonos sound system, playing music directly from your phone/ipad using your music library or streaming services. Or go old school with your entertainment, grab a board game from the cupboard and play at the game table.

The home has a gourmet kitchen that is ready to host large family gatherings. It won Best Kitchen redesign in 2018 Island Builder Awards! The kitchen has Thermador ovens and cooktop for the serious cook. There is a wine chiller and beverage center in the island to leave plenty of room in the refrigerator for food. There is also an extra refrigerator in the garage. The dining table seats 10. Additional guests can be seated at the kitchen island (8), family room game table (4) and patio table (6). The Dining, Great Room and Kitchen are all on the ground floor and handicapped friendly with no steps to navigate. The dining room, kitchen and master bedroom have doors out to the patio.

The home has a screened porch with full size pool (pool can be heated for an additional fee), so if it’s raining or buggy at the beach you can still enjoy the pool. The pool has a basketball goal for sporting, or just float around. There is a Weber gas grill and a Kamodo Joe (Like a Big Green Egg) on the grilling patio just outside the porch. Comfy deck furniture and a TV make it a great place to lounge while watching the kids play.

It's an easy walk to the beach. The beach access is 157 ft from the pool deck. You'll be on the beach in 3 minutes soaking up the sun. Or you can ride your bike 3 blocks down to the Tower Beach Club which has bathrooms and a picnic area. (Car parking is for Sea Pines owners only).

There is a 50 AMP level 2 EV charger in the garage. Tesla owners will need to bring their adapter. The garage also has beach chairs and beach carts for guest use.

Check out time is 10am and check in time is 4:30 pm. Your beach house will be "move in" ready with all beds made up with fresh linens. There will be bath towel service for the number of registered guests (beach towels are not included). You'll have a starter set of supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms: Dish soap, dish towels, trash bags, paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper and shampoo.

The house was wonderful for our group of 12! The kids loved the bunk room & the adults loved the kitchen. It was so well equipped with kitchen items and the kids loved the pool toys that were left behind. The owner was so responsive to any questions we had. The ice machine didn’t work but that was easy to remedy. A wonderful home, & very responsive owners.

The house is perfect for family gathering plenty of space to be together but room enough to get away. The pool is wonderful especially when Mother Nature made beach difficult! The grandkids spent hours n the pool! House had everything you need! Love the labels on light switches’ your sharing of beach wagons, chairs was a real bonus! Could use more recycling capacity or midweek pickup love the ability to recycle! All in all perfect

Great stay in Sea Pines
Beautifully remodeled home with giant kitchen and screened in porch with a heated pool. The whole family really enjoyed our stay. Short walking distance to the beach and Salty Dogs. The bike/walking path is right off the house so you can quickly hop on. As it’s lower down on the South side the beach wasn’t crowded at all in the beginning of June. The host was incredible and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again.

This was our 5th stay at this property and we love it every time. John and Marci make the perfect updates to keep the house fresh. The renovated exterior is amazing. It looks like a completely different house. The kitchen is well stocked and clean. The pool is perfect. The new bike path and beach walk are lovely updates to Sea Pines.

Great house, kitchen well stocked, had garbage bags, plastic wrap, dryer sheets etc. much more than in other rentals we stayed in. The pool was the best part! Everyone spent most of their time in the pool area. Kids got to go swimming the one day it poured out! We loved that it was screened in! And it’s a short walk to the beach! Two things I would recommend, is larger outside garbage cans and pool/beach towels. It’s a pain having to bring towels for the pool/beach with us! (I know lots of rentals don’t supply them!). We would definitely stay here again!

The house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for our stay with 8 adults and 3 kids. Enough room to find quiet spaces. We cooked dinner every night and the kitchen is well stocked. Beautifully remodeled & fit our needs/wants perfectly. The kitchen & grill were used for over 75% of our meals. Why go out? The house made meal prep EASY! We would make the short walk to the beach, then into pool! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!!!

Great House in Sea Pines
From the start the everything was great in communication with owner and the stay. Everything as advertised. No issues, clean, and even had more to offer than we could have imagined. A great house that had access to a great beach. We enjoyed the kitchen especially. The kids loved the bike trails. Salty Dog is less than 1/2 mile so quick on a bike. Certainly we would love to stay here again.

Lovely, spacious home in Sea Pines
Our family of ten enjoyed this spacious home located in the Sea Pines community of Hilton Head. We were very happy that the owner emailed us our day of arrival to let us know that the home was ready and we could check in several hours earlier than was promised. The owner provided detailed instructions of the home and surrounding community that was very helpful. When we did have an issue with the refrigerator not working properly, the owner contacted a repairman immediately and the problem was resolved in a timely manner. For the most part, we were very happy with the house and property. The pool was very cold even though it was mid August. We would recommend that the pool temperature monitoring system be serviced because it felt much colder than the app which stated it was 82 degrees.

Beautiful family room, kitchen and primary suite!
The home is beautiful, however cleanliness was an issue in main living areas. We had to run the sweeper as soon as we arrived. Bathrooms were clean. The pool is terrific. . .our grand kids loved it, along with the bunk bed room! So nice to have magnifying make up mirrors in primary suite bathroom. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror, though. It was not as close to the beach as I had hoped. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

This property was convenient to the private beach access with beautiful beaches. The pool was nice and the interior was well designed. There were a few things I would have cleaned or renovated if it was my property but overall it was really lovely for the family vacation.
