If you are looking for a true beach get away directly on the beach of Hilton Head,, this is the place for you . Amazing beach and ocean views and sounds of the waves from the living room and balcony of this villa. There are beautiful and serene views of the ocean and incredible sunrises to enjoy right from your balcony. You are just steps from one of the best sandy beaches on Hilton Head. This villa has a costal feel and decor throughout with an open floor plan, It has 1 bedroom, a pullout sofa and junior size bunkbeds in the common area. The villa has 1 full bath and kitchen essentials. There is an elevator close to your entrance and a laundry room in the building close by.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers 2 swimming pools including the largest beach front pool on Hilton Head. There are 8 Tennis Courts and 4 Pickleball Courts for guest enjoyment. The resort has a playground, basketball courts, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and bike rentals for family fun!! There are 2 restaurants on site for close by dining or beachside eating.
Golf is close by at Port Royal Resort or Palmetto Dunes Resort. Hilton Head has over 50 miles of bike and walking trails. Make your vacation at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort one you will want to return to year after year. Guests have full access to 2 pools in the resort, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. There is a playground, basketball court, volley ball on the beach and bike rentals at the resort, Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is located directly on the beach and close to shopping, golf, tennis and bike riding.

There is the Breeze bus for public transportation and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island. During the Summer there is a free island trolly. Trolly stop is in front of the resort.

Beautiful Family Get Away!

This place was the perfect place for our family! We are a family of four with two extremely active boys! The complex provided many amenities to keep them busy yet relax at the same time! The condo had the most stunning sunrises to enjoy! A spectacular view for sure! And the beach was just steps away! HHI did not disappoint! We will be back! Thanks so much!

Nice location, but...

Location is great, but the unit is very dated and needs a lot of basic maintenance. Lots of things in disrepair including paint flaking from ceilings, rusty metal on several fixtures, fan blades about to fall off where screws have come out, sometimes the bathroom lights short out the circuit breaker etc... Also just as an FYI, no dishwasher was in the unit. Overall it worked OK for our needs for an inexpensive getaway for a few days.

Everything was wonderful about the property... the kitchen was more equipped with cookware, dishes and serving dishes than anticipated by the photos and description of the listing. 10 of 10 overall from me! I would stay there again, given the opportunity. The ocean view from the balcony was magnificent!

Amazing Location

Everything in the unit and around the resort was neat and clean. Host communication was quick and easy. The views from the balcony were outstanding. The unit is compact, a bit outdated, and could use a little TLC but is still very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay on Admirals Row. Clean, cozy condo on the beach with amazing views. Great restaurants and shopping near by. No traditional oven however, there is a convection/microwave oven, toaster oven, toaster, and range top. I would definitely recommend and will rent again.

Great Couples retreat

You couldn't ask for a better view of the sunrise and from the comfort of your own balcony.. I read through many reviews that mentioned the villa was outdated. It's exactly as pictured. I know some mentioned the squeaky bed. Don't let that deter you, my husband and I slept great! And we usually struggle being away from our own bed, especially the first few nights until we can adjust. Check in was wonderful they gave us a booklet with everything you need and directions. Very detailed.

It 's All About the View!

My husband and I had a wonderful time during our stay. Here are some things we loved: 1. The balcony overlooks the berms to the ocean in an amazing view. Totally worth our stay! 2. It may be because it was winter without the crowds, but it was quiet and people were very friendly, staff and guests. 3. Overall, everything we needed was supplied in the unit. The unit was less expensive than other places. Here's what might help future renters: 1. If you use the closest entry to the Admirals Row, you will have to carry your luggage, etc. up a flight of stairs. The far entrance has a ramp. 2. Overall, the unit was clean, but there were some places that were not very clean. Deep cleaning and updating are needed. The bed is very creaky (which has been noted in other reviews as far back as August) but surprisingly comfortable. 3. The TV is small without much capability. The screen view is cut off so that you cannot see the edges of the picture. Since there was a fee if any changes were made to the TV, we watched the NFL games without being able to see the score at the bottom. We thought that someone renting the unit should be aware of those things. We felt the view was worth it and enjoyed our walks on the beach.

Great location and view!

Overall we had a wonderful stay. Wonderful ocean views and beautiful beach. Only negative for us, because we had 3 adults and 1 child, the sofa bed was lacking. Its quite a thin matress and had springs that poked. We did bring a blow up matress just in case and ended up using that. It would have been more convenient to be able to use the sofa bed instead of having to strip and deflate the bed every morning and do the reverse every night.
