Very nice condo. It was my husband and me the first night then my daughter and her friend came down to stay a night. 4 adults in the condo is a little too much. These condos are best just for 2 people. Location is good. You can walk or bike. Love the time at the beach.

Great Stay w/ Great View for the Price
Stay was wonderful and views were exceptional for the price. The only suggestion I would have is for anyone using the sleeper sofa, you will definitely need a topper or something extra for cushion. It may even be more comfortable to do an air mattress. We mistakenly let the 19 year old have the bed a couple of nights because we wake up earlier and want coffee. I wasn’t super comfortable but it was my choice. Everything else was perfect!

Great condo but small
Perfect condo for 2 people but looks bigger in the picture. Only thing that was kind of surprising was the AC. The living room was freezing but bedroom was warm. Had a fan in the wall that helped.

Visit Good. Information Upgrade Needed.
Place was as advertised. Great location too. Only concerns are with communication and some outdated information. Communication wasn’t as prompt as other vrbos we rented. Directions state there is a toll but this has been discontinued. The Wi-Fi info on refrigerator is incorrect. Overall, we enjoyed our visit to Hilton Head.

Location is great but the bedroom was so hot we left 2 days early. Also, the dumpsters are near the room and they dump the dumpsters around 5am every other morning.

Short Trip to Hilton Head
Property was clean and quiet. The beach area was nice. If you want to surf fish, this isn't the location for you. Beach is crowded. There are a few places you can drive to for fishing. Main issue was it was very small. The photos are accurate but make it appear larger than it is. It's similar to a small hotel suite. The bunks are very narrow and the top one has no ladder or rail. We decided to use those as storage, but if you are bringing young ones and plan on using the bunks, should consider that. The other issue we had is the a/c is a typical thru the wall hotel unit in the main room. The bedroom is down the hall. Had to turn the air down low to get some cooling in the bedroom with a panel fan to push air back there. So, my wife and I slept in the bedroom with no sheets (warm) and the rest were in the main room (cold). There was a small wall fan to that bedroom to push some air from the hall, not sure that helped. If you want an affordable place at a good location on the beach, it was fine. We usually rent a house, so it just felt cramped for us.

Last minute getaway
Overall a great place and easy access to beach (nice path walk), pool (clean) and restaurants if you want to walk. We decided to drive as there were a few places recommended by friends that were further out. Condo was perfect for the two of us - had beach chairs to use, kitchen had the amenities we needed and bathroom was nice setup. Only issues in condo - WiFi was not working, but luckily they had cable to entertain us at night. The ceiling fan in the main area was not working (A/C works but we wanted the fan to circulate air to the back rooms - kept temp at 70 as anything lower was pretty cold for that main seating area). Check in process was easy and they were helpful in suggesting what’s within walking distance. We had asked for a early check in if possible and got no response - not sure if anyone monitors the HomeAway messages. Appears a property management company also has this same property listed, so could be the reason we didn’t get a reply? We would still come back to this resort - great getaway and the sun was shining!

Good Time
It has been about 20 years since coming to HH.- had great time. Things are old here- definitely a town that needs major updating in the stores and restaurants. I’m assuming that’s not going to happen or it would have already. Good roads though. Checkin was a breeze. The place was smaller than it appeared in the pictures. Totally my fault for not asking or recognizing this. The unit was hot in the bedroom and hard to cool. Glad we brought two floor fans to push air that direction. The parking was somewhat irritating. People had to park on the curb and in fire lanes. Maybe it was just due opening back up after covid and it being a holiday weekend. The unit is a bit far from the beach itself if you are looking for something right on the beach. You have a parking lot and long boardwalk from this unit to get to the beach. Overall we had a fun time at the beach. Beautiful weather and gorgeous beach! Be careful of bike riders around here. They are everywhere and don’t always follow traffic signals. JP
