The unit was clean and loved the location! It had a really pretty lagoon out back and a nice deck to watch the alegators:) and grill. Really liked the separation of the two bedrooms and baths. Would definitely stay there again!

Place was great . There were Cobb Webb’s in kitchen window, found towels under the bed, we killed roaches the majority of the time. Lovely place just wasn’t clean free of insects…Befs were horrible. I stay again if beds were new.

Not clean at all and very dated
We spent time every day cleaning what should of been cleaned before. Cobwebs everywhere. The outside cushions were filthy. The garbage area was a mess, garbage scattered around and 2 cans filled with stagnant water. We killed a few large bugs. And to top it all off, there was a dead frog behind the nightstand in the master, and it had been there for a while.

We had an outstanding visit. My husband walks every morning so being close to the Nature Preserve and walking trails was great. We love all that Sea Pines has to offer. It was a wonderful reunion with friends and family that live in Bluffton.

A #4 rating was given only because of 3 Issues that are needing improvement. 1 - Window treatment changed in living room/main gathering area to provide more privacy, especially in the evening. 2 - Add a dust ruffle on both beds. It would add more beauty to the room that is already furnished nicely. 3 - Offer a box of Kleenex tissues in both of the bathrooms.

Bright, spacious, amazing view, deck and yard.
Place was very cute, but dont plan on using the sleeper sofa as a bed unless you enjoy the bright sun waking you up (no curtains or blinds in living room). It sleeps 4 more comfortably. We were cramped with 5. Bugs were a major issue. Living and dead, every room. Other than that it was nice. Convenient having laundry in the house and the pool was lovely and quiet. Good amenities.

We enjoyed our stay at this Villa. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The view of the water off the back deck was nice, but the frogs get loud at night. There are a few things that need attention. The blinds in the master bedroom were broken and we had to hang up a extra sheet so no one could see in. Also, there are no window coverings in the living room, for sleeping on the pull out couch. It needs to be sprayed for bugs. We saw a couple of roaches, spiders, and lots of silverfish in the carpet.

MUCH better even than the pictures
This cute little vacay spot was perfect for me and my two girls in Hilton Head for a tennis camp. The view was beautiful and tranquil and the villa was perfect! Very well decorated, kitchen well stocked and we were surprised to find two bikes that we assumed were for us to enjoy. We went to the pool and looked longingly at the tennis courts but the girls were worn out after five hours of tennis. I highly recommend this rental for a small family or a couple of ladies or fella golfers for a getaway!

Great location and fantastic view of the water behind us.
My fweamily and I really enjoyed our week on Hilton Head staying at this condo on Lake Forest Drive in Sea Pines Plantation. Although it was a little outdated, the condo was very well laid out. Loved the size of the master bedroom. Did feel for a weeks stay that the property management company could have left more dishtowels, dishwasher detergent and paper towels, but we went to the dollar store and got what we needed. Loved our daily visit from the geco that would sit atop one of the patio chairs and puff his chest out. Also, saw an alligator one evening swimming in the water behind the condo. The only negative would be that there wasn't a bike trail off of the entrance and we had to cross over on the super busy street to get to the bike trail across the street. Was almost dangerous on one occasion. Overall we really enjoyed the condo and will probably be requesting it for our visit to Hilton Head next year. Marty and Teresa Ledington O'Fallon, IL
