Perfect condo!

We love this condo. It is a short walk to Caligny Circle & the beach. Bike rental is right next door. The condo itself is extremely clean. All the amenities that we needed for kitchen and bath were provided. Love it being 2 floors. The owners are easy to get in touch with and respond quickly. And did I mention how nice they are? 😁

Been going to Hilton Head for over 20 years and this is one of the nicest places we have stayed! Clean and beautifully decorated! Great location within walking distance to beach and shopping. We hope to rent from this owner again.

Loved our stay at this condo.! Everything was perfect. Communication with Roger ( owner) was pleasant and informative, Unit had everything we needed and more. Well equipped kitchen , comfortable living space. Loved the deep bathtub. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Lovely decor. Helpful notes re TV, cable access. Location is perfect for exploring. 2 grocery shops within walking distance, many restaurants and shops close by. Neighbours pleasant and welcoming. Definitely would stay in the future. Great Location and Very Clean

This condo was even nicer than the photos show, and easily the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in. The location was perfect, so close to Coligny Beach and shopping, yet the complex was very quiet and peaceful. The pool area was nice and relaxing (and never crowded). We rented bikes from a place across the street and had the best time biking around the area. The owner was super helpful with a few questions I had ahead of our stay, check-in and condo instructions were clear and simple. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to the island.

First trip to HH with family

This was our first time and we absolutely loved it! The location was amazing and when we arrived, our condo was super clean. We have twin 3 year olds and rented bikes and rode everywhere. The condo has beach wagon/chairs/umbrella which we used every day. Thanks so much!

Spring Break Adventure without the crowd

Our Spring break adventure is worth repeating and thanks to the Combs’ Beach condo we’ll be back this fall for another week, home away from home. We love being in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and the park. The condo is supplied with the essentials for families in the kitchen and gear for the beach. Highly recommend!!

We have stayed at several locations in the HHI area. This by far was the best. The condo itself was very nicely setup and had all the amenities that you would need to have a wonderful stay. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and shopping fit our needs. All in all we had a great 3 weeks there. We would highly consider this property again for our annual trip to HHI..

Great location near Coligny Circle and the beach. Easy walk to numerous restaurants and the beach. Condo is furnished nicely and well stocked. Really appreciated the linen service. Owner personally made sure we had all the information to check in and provided contact information for questions or issues. Bonus: 70+ degree days in December! Would definitely stay again.

Come And See

This was easy renting and even received a call from the actual owner. He was pleasant to talk with and wanted to express his concerns that we enjoy the stay by offering his number so I could phone or text him if there were any problems. The rental was clean, cozy and nice. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. The rental will accommodate four people comfortably.
