Locked out. Near impossible communication. Vacassa in no good.
Delay in check in. Onerous verification process. Excessive time to get help. A total of more than one hour loss due to inoperable entry lock, no response from Vacassa host. Shower door broken. Entry lock broken. When telephone for help, preferred suggestion is to select 9 for faster text help. Text response was the next day apologizing for delayed response. Upon trying to enter on Saturday, the entry code did not work. Finally connecting with someone at host Vacassa, she tried but could not help. I offered a solution to allow me access to the key box at entry. She offered a couple of combinations that did not work. She finally found a third that worked. I use a physical key for the remainder. Closet stuffed full of cleaning supplies where clothes are to hang. There was a separate owners closet that is secured. Accomodations were clean. Water has a very strong odor of sulfur. There is damage on walls that should be noted along with broken shower door. Entry system is not dependable. The entry lock is dated and noticeably worn and precarious. Contacting host is unacceptable.
