Fully remodeled 2 story, first floor villa with private courtyard located in Hilton Head Beach Club. Reserved parking 10’ from your front door makes unloading a breeze. This quiet, private villa is located just one block from the beach, Coligny Plaza and Hilton Heads new Lowcountry Celebration Park. This remodel includes 'driftwood' flooring throughout, new kitchen cabinets, granite counters and all new appliances (full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric range/stove, toaster and coffee maker). You will also find a first washer/dryer for your convenience. There is new furniture throughout with smart TVs and Wi-Fi for your enjoyment. The spacious master bedroom has a queen size bed, private attached bath and your own balcony overlooking the courtyard. The guest bedroom has twin bunk bed with a separate queen bed to comfortably sleep 4. Enjoy the on-site pool or beach just 5 minutes away. Tennis, biking, shopping and dinning at Coligny Plaza all within a few minutes of the villa. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

Convenient, quiet & well maintained

We used this condo for a 6 week snow bird destination. We arrived in mid Feb and left at the end of March. This condo was in an excellent location. It was about a 5 min walk to the shops at Coligny or to the beach. The condo itself, as advertised , was completely remodeled and very clean. Furniture, including beds were very comfortable. The condo had a nice open layout with plenty of light. Private parking space was right in front of the unit which made it easy for unloading and packing. It has a small but nice area in the back for outdoor use. Also has a very nice pool in close proximity. The pool was not available for use at this time of year but the deck was open. There was no grill but the owner allowed grilling on back patio. We brought a propane table top grill which worked out great. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, pots, pans, etc…Everything provided was adequate for an extended stay. The appliances were on the newer side and all worked well. The TV’s all worked fine and they are smart TV’s. There are no local channels (CBS, ABC, NBC, FOX,etc) nor is there cable or dish. We brought a fire stick loaded with all our personal subscription services for streaming. The lack of local channels was inconvenient at times especially if you like sports. Purchased an antenna but it didn’t work. Host was excellent!! Addressed any issues in a timely manner. Very open communication. Will definitely return. Highly recommend. Thanks for sharing!

Golfing Trip

My son and I had a great fall golfing trip to HHI!!! The condo was perfect and the location was great!!! It is nice to have the main floor with the kitchen/dining/living rooms, with the bedrooms on the 2nd floor... Hope to be back real soon...

Had a girls long weekend and this did not disappoint. This is the 2nd time I have rented this condo. Its perfect! Close to the beach,shops and restaurants all within a few minutes walking distance.

Great condo and close to beach!

Super clean and nicely decorated with enough room for 4 adults. Very comfortable couches and chair made it perfect for relaxing after golf and beach. Beds were comfortable and bathroom essentials provided. Kitchen was great except refrigerator had no ice maker. Loved being within walking distance to beach and Coligny. We were able to call for free shuttle service when we didn’t want to walk. Great week and nice condo.

Wonderful place!

My lifelong friend and I went to celebrate 50 years of friendship and had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and spacious. The walk to the beach was a little farther than we expected, but I think that's typical in Hilton Head, there's just very little beach access for most of the properties. I want to return and take my family! Thank you for a great experience.

Anniversary get away

What a great time on Hilton Head! My husband and I, along with our daughter and son-in-law totally enjoyed our time away to celebrate anniversaries. We enjoyed Savannah, the whole island of Hilton Head and also Tybee Island. We ate at several of the restaurants recommended and thoroughly enjoyed the public beach area. Highly recommend the condo, the pictures were exactly as we found the condo to be. There was a local kitty that napped in the patio area every afternoon. Thanks again for a great place to rent while on the island!

Excellent location Love walking to the beach and all the many restaurants in Coligny park. Whatever issues occurred with the Villa were resolved quickly with the owners. Very well stocked with all you need to stay in this facility. I would definitely return again

First VRBO a good one.

I say that in my title because friends who travelled with us stayed at a different residence which had bed bugs. This place was clean and neat, no insect issues, not even a lizard. Well stocked with necessary items; once I read the owners email (my fault not theirs), finding and gaining entrance was as a smooth process. Owners were helpful and cordial, it was a great comfortable stay which made a for cozy Thanksgiving Day in Hilton Head. My applause and thanks to the owners. Thank you very much.

Beautiful property, great location!

Our stay was flawless. The condo was perfect. Clean. Beds and furniture were comfortable and easy beach access about 5 minutes away - walking to the beach path or the public access. Close to shopping and good restaurants. Only suggestion I would offer is to either bring or rent a beach cart! Highly recommend staying here!

Everything you need for a great stay.

This is a great place for a small family to stay that is only two blocks from the beach. Very nicely decorated (we loved the whale theme) and and furnished and stocked with started supplies of coffee, coffee filters, trash bags, hand soap in bathrooms, etc. Modern appliances; granite countertops in kitchen. Plenty of closet and drawers storage space. Outdoor patio furniture. Excellent Wifi. Lacking for nothing. Owner kept in touch and was ready to answer questions; had a notebook full of maps, local attractions, and eating suggestions. Easy check-out: empty the trash and turn on the dishwasher!
