22 Shell Ring Road on täysin uusittu 4 makuuhuoneen koti, jolla on avoin pohjaratkaisu. Äskettäin maalattu sisälle ja ulos ja uusilla huonekaluilla, lattiat, kalusteet, välineet ja isäntäkylpy, tämä koti on täydellinen Hilton Head Island -paikka. Vieraat nauttivat suuresta, avoimesta pohjaratkaisusta ja mukavasta perheystävällisestä sisustuksesta viettääkseen rannalomaa oikein.
Perhehuoneessa on ikkunaseinä, josta on upeat näkymät Sea Pine -suojelualueelle ja tonnia upeaa, luonnollista valaistusta. Tässä huoneessa on myös uudet huonekalut ja 65 tuuman Smart TV -kaapeli, Netflix ja monet muut sovellukset. Lisäksi on kolme mukavaa nojatuolia, joista on näkymät laguunille taaksepäin.
Vain muutaman askeleen päässä olohuoneesta on oma terassi, jossa on upouusi kylpytynnyri!

Keittiö on myös täysin uusittu, uusilla työtasoilla ja baarilla, johon mahtuu neljä. Keittiössä on myös oleskelualue kahvi- ja teeaseman vieressä. Keittiössä on kaikki uudet laitteet. ja se on täysin varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset kotitekoisiin aterioihin. Ruokasalista pääsee helposti täysin kalustetulle laguuninäkymälle, joka on turvatarkastus kuistilla, jossa on pöytä neljälle, loveseat, 2 sohvaa, kuistilla keinu ja kaksi propaanilämpölamppua viileinä yötä.
Olohuoneen lähellä on kaunis puoli kylpyamme.

Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, 50 "Smart TV, ja se tarjoaa kauniit näkymät laguunille ja luonnonsuojelualueelle. Äskettäin uusitussa spa-kaltaisessa mestarikylvyssä on suuri suihkuhuone, jossa on kaksi suihkua, kaksi turhamaisuutta, seinälle asennettu hiustenkuivaaja ja runsaasti säilytystilaa. Mestarissa on kaksi kävelyä kaappeihin omaan käyttöösi.

Neljä askelta toiselle tasolle tarjoaa pääsyn vielä kahteen makuuhuoneeseen, jotka molemmat ovat QUEEN-huoneita ja molemmissa on 42 tuuman älytelevisio. Toisessa kerroksessa on täysi kylpyamme sekä suihku / amme-yhdistelmä ja seinälle asennettu hiustenkuivaaja.

Kun siirrät askellennon parvihuoneeseen, löydät täydellisen paeta lapsille tai itsellesi. Tässä huoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Tässä huoneessa on 60 tuuman Smart TV ja DVD BlueRay -soitin. Tässä huoneessa on paljon pelejä ja kirjoja, jotta lapset pitävät hauskaa.

Tässä kodissa on 2 auton autotalli - loistava pysäköinti-, pyörä- ja rantavarastoon. Ja autotallissa asuu myös pingispöytä!

New Years Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in every way. The open layout of the common areas is a big plus. The hot tub was excellent during the cold nights. The beds were very comfortable. The garage was also a plus as it could be used for parking or an extra area for entertainment. There is a nice ping pong table there along with another TV. Check0in was a breeze and we really felt like we owned the house during our stay. We would definitely rent here again. Thank you so much for sharing your property!

Good Times

I have stayed all over Sea Pines (usually Harbor Town) but never for 2 weeks. So happy this was the home I stayed in. While staying in Harbor Town has its advantages, we absolutely loved the quiet this property provided as well as the proximity to activities. The house was immaculate! On the rainy evenings, there was still plenty to do. Plethora of games (Ping pong table), books, beach tools (caddies, chairs, towels), access to your favorite channels and nothing felt better than the hot tub after a full day of fun in the sun to relax the bones. My favorite was the screened in porch with a lovely cup of coffee or vino. Would come back in a second.

She’ll Ring was a great property. Close to everything but in a very quiet neighborhood.

The house was exactly as we expected. It was bright and sunny and very well equipped. The screened in porch was delightful for dinner and being so close to the Sea Pines Nature Preserve, there was lots of bird chatter to hear - and to watch the sun set. The hot tub was a bonus for our grandchildren - and we all enjoyed that. The beds were very comfortable and we all got great night sleeps. We would highly recommend this house.

Group of friends stayed a long weekend. It was a great house. Had everything we needed. Beautiful inside and the backyard was very nice. Quiet neighborhood but close to many things.

Comfortable Stay

The house is in a great location. We spent allot of our time at 2 different beaches; both were a short drive. The house was nice, except the carpet can afford to be cleaned or replaced. 1 bathtub for 3 kids was a bit of a hassle at times. The water drained very slowly. I called about it, but it didn’t get taken care of. No utility sink so couldn’t wash off sandy shoes and things. We had a small issue with the hot tub and that was resolved quickly. Overall all very nice time!

A great family stay!

This was the perfect spot to spend the week with our family. The house was spacious, clean and the location was ideal. The screened in deck was perfect for lounging and simply enjoying nature at its finest. The bird and gator sightings were off the charts! The next time we make our way back to Hilton Head, we will definitely check the availability here first.

Great house!

Would highly recommend this house. Perfect for 2 kids and 6 adults. Nicely stocked kitchen. Hot tub was great. Very clean. Beach toys and chairs were great to be able to borrow. Liked sitting in the screened porch area. Saw a few alligators. :)

sea pines stay fantastic

Sea Pines was spacious for our party of 6 adults, supplied all the ammenities ...esp liked the beach chairs, umbrella and toys...we had lots to do outside but when the weather turned nasty we played board games and enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table... lots of options thank you! The tennis courts were ours alone and the swimming pool was also rarely used by others so we enjoyed both. Would return if making plans to return to hilton head...

A WOW Vacation

Best house yet out of several years with VRBO. Great location, close to Beach Club, Harbor Town and Nature Preserve. Got a lot of biking in to all those locations. The house was so well equiped with everything you would need. Great sun room, hot tub and comfortable beds We plan to return

Family beach getaway

Plenty of room for our family. Beautiful clean home and relaxing. We enjoyed all the little extras in the rental including snacks, a bottle of wine, coffee bar and bath soaps. We enjoyed the private hot tub and ate in the sunroom every morning. The rental is close to everything in Sea Pines and we loved the area. We also saw alligators in the canal behind the house!! There is a community pool and tennis courts too. We rented bikes to travel to the beach and trails. Communication was quick and helpful. We hope to visit again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Everything was wonderful. We had a problem later one night with the shower, called the property manager and she sent a plumber over right away to fix it. The only misunderstanding we had was getting a pass to get into the community. We weren’t sure if we had to purchase one, or if there was one already waiting for us. Other than that, everything was just what we signed up for our family vacation.

The house was so peaceful. I loved sitting out on the swing. They thought of everything from coffee to a bottle of wine to little snacks. This vacation was exactly what we needed. I can’t wait to book again.

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay. The house was beautiful, close to the many trails in Hilton Head. It had everything that you could need in a vacation home. Would definitely stay there again.

Peaceful Respite!

We chose this house for our graduation gift for our triplet grandchildren...time with them. The house was spacious, clean, and designed perfectly for us. We loved all the windows and light coming in. Our favorite room was the screened in porch where we spent most of our time together. The heaters came in handy on the porch when it was chilly. Watching the wildlife in the water from the porch was peaceful and restful. During our stay, we watched movies, played games, relaxed in the hot tub, rented bikes, and went on a dolphin tour. We loved staying here, but watch out for the nosy and snooty neighbors. That was the only downside to the trip. Everything else was great, and whenever I needed to reach out to management, they answered the phone immediately...excellent customer care. There were 6 in our party and we had more than enough room. I highly recommend this house. Loved it!

Relaxing

Sea Pines was a wonderful place to go and relax. When we arrived, there were snacks and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The house is spacious, very clean and beautiful. Between the upstairs area for the kids and the games/tv in the garage, the kids were completely entertained on their own. We enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen, watching the large birds in the backyard through the large picture windows or heated screened in porch and sitting in the hot rub after dinner with a glass of wine. We also enjoyed walking the trails at the nature preserve next door and walking through the neighborhood. The neighborhood is quite and everyone is very friendly. We would most definitely return.
