Lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath first floor villa is nestled on the quiet side of a 55 acre beautifully landscaped, gated vacation resort community with 24 hour security. Villa B 5 Tennis Villas. IT IS A FIRST FLOOR CORNER VILLA which sits next to a peaceful lagoon CONVENIENT– NO HAULING LUGGAGE AND BEACH GEAR UP TO THE 2ND or 3RD FLOOR EACH DAY (there are no elevators). It is located in building B of the tennis villas. Parking is right outside the condo and there is a Hilton Head Trolley stop right in front of the resort. Enjoy Coconuts sports bar / restaurant with both indoor and outdoor dining just across the parking lot. Jamaica Joes tiki bar and grill at the LARGEST OCEANFRONT POOL on the island is a great place to hang out. Lighted, professionally maintained TENNIS AND PICKLEBALL COURTS are located just steps from condo. FREE TO GUEST.
Golfers will find a number of championship golf courses just minutes away. Bike rental is available just steps from the condo and you can jump on the island's many miles of paved, tree lined bike paths right from the parking lot. Also enjoy endless miles of riding on the beach on the packed sand while watching dolphins swim by, pelicans diving into the surf, seagulls floating on the breeze, and sand pipers darting back and forth.
Breeze Trolley runs every 20 minutes and stops all along the island including right out front of resort. You might not even need to rent a car!
Villa Amenities: Fully Equipped Kitchen: This kitchen has stainless appliances including dishwasher, oven, range, built-in microwave above the stove, refrigerator. Small appliances (toaster, coffee pot, crock pot, blender) are here for your convenience. Coffee Bar is set up for your morning coffee experience.
Dining Room: The dining area has a window that is only available in a corner unit.
Living Room: The living room has modern, comfortable decor. Condo has tile floors. Furnishings include a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa, chair, ottoman, high speed Wifi, cable, and smart TV. The balcony is nicely furnished so you can enjoy breakfast outside.
Master Bedroom: Includes a queen sized bed with new mattress topper (May 2023) flat screen TV with google chromecast for streaming, and full private bath.
Guest Bedroom: This bedroom is furnished with two comfortable twin beds and a second full bath, and flat screen TV.
Laundry: There is a laundry room located on the premises (nearby in the tennis pro shop building) but not in the condo. None of the HHBT condos have washers or dryers in them.
Beach buggy, beach chairs, cabana umbrella, sport umbrella, and sand toys are included. Beach towels not included, you will need to bring or buy some for your use.
Use keyless pad on door for entry. VRBO sends to you the code a couple of days before arrival. There is also a lockbox with key for backup use.

This was a great condo. Ground floor, with parking right out your patio. Walking to the beach from condo is always nice. Condo had chairs and cart to pull all your gear to beach. It really was a nice location.

Family get a way
We would stay there again. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Laura and Debra were very quick to answer my messages any time i had a question. The only reason i rated cleanliness as a 4 was the floors were not mopped as good as i would have anticipated when we first got there. Everything else was very clean however. The complex was really nice. We would stay here again if we came back to Hilton Head Island.

Nice Condo, short walk to beach
We stayed here the week before Christmas, not a lot of people at this resort during this time, or on the beaches which was quite refreshing. The beach bars were all closed but the resort had a great little bar onsite which had good food and drink. The condo was spacious and somewhat updated, could have used a cleaning but was ok. just surface cleaning.. Condo is located behind the ocean front condos, so a short walk to the beach, and the restaurant onsite. We chose this condo for the larger size over the ocean front condos which are quite smaller, did not disappoint here.

WEB DID NOT STAY, 20 MINUTES AND LEFT! NO WASHER AND DRYER AS ADVERTISED! STORAGE ROOM FOR BEACH ACCESSORIES WAS FILTHY,COULD NOT OPEN WITHOUT PUSHING DOOR TO FORCE THINGS AWAY. OBVIOUS THAT CLEANING WAS NOT THOROUGH. BECASUE OF COVID WE ALWAYS RUN CLEANERS THROUGH WASHER AND DRYER AND DISHWASHER BEFORE USING. GUESS WHAT, NO WASHER AND DRYER AS ADVERTISED.WE DO NOT SHARE PUBLIC WASHERS AND DRYERS. BEDDING WAS TOTALLY WORN OUT, PILLOWS FLAT. INSTRUCTIONS FOR KEY LOCK WAS CONFUSING.

Beach access self contained
We stay in Hilton Head frequently. HH B and T is a first choice for us due quick beach access and on property amenities. We enjoy beach fishing (couple Bluefish, Whiting, and a Stingray this time), evening beach walks, and getting a hit in at the various facilities. Be aware, this property has both tennis and pickleball facilities, but no year round programming. We played at Palmetto Dunes. The unit was clean and we'll equipped. Laura was responsive.

Everything was great!! The only negative was the plastic shower curtain liner in master bath. It had pink build up on it that had a yucky smell! There should always be a fresh curtain each time new visitors stay! I also wished there was a washer/ dryer in the unit. I would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful condo to stay in. ! Clean first floor unit. Easy walk to the beach and the pool and tiki bar. Bike rental right on the property. Just a great place. And a boat lot at no charge so my husband can bring his fishing boat. Our 3rd time in this condo!!!

Great little getaway!
We had a blast staying here! Everything was clean and in order, beach access is just a 30 second drive away, and being on the first floor made it very easy to bring everything in and out. We would definitely stay here again!
