Great Location
This was a really nice location, close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. I wish there was a place to spray off ourselves and beach gear (we ended up using the hose in the pool area on the last day). My little ones loved being able to see the alligator from our back deck. We could only get the tv in the living room to work (cartoons are a must when you have three kids 5 and under) I tried calling the property manager but never received a call back. Overall the place was very nice and would consider staying there again.

What you see is NOT what you get.
The VRBO listing is deceiving as the pictures do not represent this condo. From the kitchen table, to the sofa, to the end tables and lamps, its all different and I would have passed right by the listing if the pictures were actually accurate. The condo was filthy. If I could post pictures here, I would. We did send them all to the property manager & were reimbursed the cleaning fee. Both showers grout & tile were full of mold & mildew, there were wet towels in the washer when we arrived. The amount of human hair & dust on the bed frames (lower headboard) almost sent us to a hotel. They have never been cleaned. There was not a dust pan or vacuum for upkeep through the week. I had sand piles everywhere trying to keep it picked up. We were told there were no parking assignments & to park anywhere in the lot. The spots in front of our condo were constantly full. As we were at the beach, our car was towed for parking in front of a villa across from us. A hefty towing fee later and a lot of stress worrying where to park the rest of the week was not worth it. We left Thursday (a day & a half early) and will never go back. The list goes on.

Great location
Very nicely decorated property. Clean and close to the beach. 2 minute bike ride or 5 minute walk. Master suite was great, almost like a separate property with fridge/wet bar and private patio. We had a great time.

Great place for the money
Great location only thing to change is the mattress in the bedrooms. They are not comfortable and seem worn. Every time you move the whole bed squeaks. One of the Tvs in the bedroom did not work due to cable issues. So no tv for 2 days but we got it fixed by going ourselves to the spectrum store and changing out the box. Easy fix but should have already been addressed. But Again great place for the money

Exceeded our expectations!
We very much enjoyed our stay in this villa. The photos do not show just how nice and how spacious it is. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped. The master bedroom is a suite, complete with wet bar and mini fridge, large bathroom and dressing area, and can be closed off from the rest of the villa. The second bedroom is on the opposite side of the living area, as is the second bathroom and laundry closet. The villa is nicely decorated, was very clean, and the starter supply of soaps and paper products was sufficient for the entire week. Walking to the beach takes less than 10 minutes. The management company was very pleasant to interact with. We would definitely stay here again.
