Home away from home.
This place is perfect 10/10!! If you’re looking for a super clean and a perfect host look no further. My family and I stayed here for four days and it was exactly what we were looking for. Very close to the beach and shops and pretty much anything you need. Alexandria is an amazing host as soon as you message she responds immediately.

Great HHI Getaway

Charming condo
My teen daughter had such a fun mother - daughter getaway! The Lilly Pulitzer condo is so charming, spotless, and comfortable. It was quiet and we enjoyed the short bike ride to the beach. The host could not have been more prompt in responding to questions and was super accommodating.

Nifty Fifty
Worked in a visit to Hilton Head in between our time in Savannah and Charleston for my wife’s 50th. Stayed at this perfect beach getaway. Had everything we needed for making meals and visiting the beach. Was a short walk to the beach. Parking at the property was easy. Communication with our host Alexandria was fast and she’s amazing. Hope to visit again soon.

A Great Stay In Hilton Head Island!
We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head Island and enjoyed our stay in this well-equipped, fun condo close to the beach, shopping, and great food! The heated pool in front of our unit was a big plus. Thank you to Alexandria for providing a clean, quiet, and so artfully decorated. Everything we needed was provided, the rental fee was quite reasonable, and we wish we could have stayed longer!

Great Stay and location
We enjoyed this location a lot. My husband, our 2 year old, and myself stayed there. It is a short walk to the beach, very doable with small kids. You have to cross one road to get to the beach, the rest is on a bike/waking path. The pool way great, it was never busy and was heated to a perfect temperature. This location is right across from the pool! The area was quiet and well kept, no issues with noises bothering nap time or early bed times. The host was great! Very responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the door lock once and the host had a locksmith there within minutes! Would stay here again.

5 Star Visit
We attended the 2023 Heritage golf tournament and needed a place to stay for the long weekend. This condo ended up being perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean, the beds and furniture were comfortable, check in/out was simple. The best part of the process was the communication with Alexandria. She was very responsive, respectful and accommodating. We needed to add an extra night at the last minute and what could have been a stressful process was streamlined and simple. 5 star visit. Place was adequate for our small family. I don't know what a Lilly Pulitzer is, but maybe it's a green couch? Decor, cleanliness, all were fine. Kitchen stocked with the necessities. Nice pool. Feedback, but none that were a big deal: The wifi information that the owner sends isn't the correct SSID nor password as there are typos in both, so be sure to check the router behind the TV in the bedroom as it will have the correct information to connect to the wifi. Kitchen is appropriate for the type and size of the unit, but could use a shelf of some sort to place groceries and whatnot. Our groceries were just strewn about the floor in the corner for the week as the cabinets and countertops are limited and occupied. Bathroom could also use a shelf as well, otherwise toiletries cover the vanity. The shower has one fixed glass panel which covers the side where the water comes out and you turn on/off the shower. Since it's fixed, you have to reach around it to turn on the water and shower. More than once we got sprayed because while reaching around to turn on the shower, we didn't get out of the way in time. So if you're one to turn on the overhead before you get in, maybe wait until you do get in otherwise you'll take cold water to the face. Door key is in a lockbox that's easily accessible. The key doesn't work too well when turning to the left and you have to work with it a bit to get it just so, but works fine once you figure it out. We thought we were locked out when we arrived late. All in all, a nice trip and nice stay in this property.

In need of routine maintenance
This property is decorated in a fun, beachy way. However, I wish the owner would have spent that decorating money on updating the more important things. We stayed for 6 nights (me, my husband, our 3 mo old daughter, our 6 yr old daughter and my mother). It was approximately a 5 minute walk to the beach, which was nice and convenient. Our 6 yo old loved the access to the community pool as well. The property manager was quick to respond...however, didn't take responsibility for the issues that arose during our stay. The first day we arrived, the toilet was making this strange noise...as if the seal was broken in the tank, and it was just constantly refilling . The property manager stated that she had noticed it the day she turned over the property and offered to send a plumber out. Initially, we told her it was okay to wait. However, then the water from the bathroom sink/tub started leaking into the kitchen and flooding the floor. We absolutely needed use of the kitchen sink (to wash our baby's bottles) and also the bathtub (to give our stinky kids baths lol)...so we had the plumber come out and he replaced the entire external plumbing under the sink. It appears this was NOT the first time the rental unit has had issues with plumbing (as there is a review about the plumbing from April 2019) We also told the property manager of some other concerns about the property. 1. the dryer takes over 3 hours to dry a load. The property manager blamed this on us trying to dry a large amount of clothes. However, we informed it was only a small load of baby clothes... so likely not the issue. 2. The refrigerator was ice cold and froze all of our fruits and vegetables so much that we had to throw them out. The most upsetting part was it froze my breast milk to an unusable state. We tried changing the temperature on the appliance, but it did not work. We notified the property manager about this, but she did not have a response. 3. The deadbolt lock is difficult to unlock with the key, and takes some effort...probably from wear and tear. The property manager said she has never received complaints about this before...but clearly that is not true as another renter posted the same thing in July of 2019. 4. There is a mosquito infestation in the stairwell , they have burrowed under the carpeted area. We resorted to opening and closing the door as quick as possible. But the mosquitos still made it into the unit and unfortunately gave our 3 mo old tons of bites

End of school year getaway
First and foremost, the owners of the property are wonderful people! We had and issue with one of our guest that needed to have their wallet and ID mailed to us so they could fly home! The owners were kind enough to have it overnighted to their own home and deliver it to us! As for the property itself, it was clean and tidy. It was a little smaller than we expected, but luckily the teenage girls we had with us made the best of the space and had a great time! The location was perfect! Close to the beach and to all the shops and restaurants. Overall it was a wonderful time! The 16 hour drive home on the other hand...
