*** Location .... Location .... Location. Captain's Walkin "Villa 430" sijaitsee rakennuksessa # 2 1. kerroksessa, näkymä uima-altaalle ja merelle. Ei tarvitse käyttää hissiä; avaa vain liukuva lasiovi terassille, sitten 6 askelta alas kävelytielle uima-altaalle ja toinen "nopea minuutti" kävelymatka Board Walk -rannan yli rannalle. Palaa takaisin Villaan kylmäjuomaa milloin haluat. Soita uima-altaalta tuleville lapsille lounasta omalla terassillasi; se on juuri niin kätevää.
Tämä 2 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyammeen, valtameren edessä sijaitseva huvila, sijaitsee arvostetussa Palmetto-dyynissä ja lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä tavaratalosta, tenniskentästä ja Alexander's-ravintolasta. Villa nukkuu 7 queen-size-vedä sohvalla olohuoneessa. Uudet omistajat, 2018, ovat lisänneet uudet etukuormaimen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, uudet mikroaaltouunit, raikastaneet, maalanneet ja lisänneet uudet vuodevaatteet, tikatut peitot, sängytyynyt ja hauskan rantaisen sisustuksen. Toinen makuuhuone päivitettiin 2019 uusilla huonekaluilla, patjoilla ja vuodevaatteilla.

Keittiö on kokonaan uusittu graniitti työtasot, mukautettu backsplash ja kaikki ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Uusi täysikokoinen etulevyllä varustettu 2018-pesukone ja -kuivaaja vieressä keittiöön avuksesi. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode 32 tuuman televisiolla. Master-kylpy on mukautettu turhamaisuus graniittiset ja oma kylpyhuone ja lasitettu suihku. Makuuhuoneessa 2 on yksi parivuode ja täysi sänky sekä 32 tuuman televisio. Makuuhuoneen nro 2 vierekkäinen kylpyamme on myös päivitetty graniittitasolla ja ensiluokkaisilla laattatöillä suihkussa / kylpyammeessa.

Olohuoneesta tai makuuhuoneesta liukuva lasiovi johtaa omaan terassiin, jossa on ruokapöytä ja neljä mukavaa tuolia. Kapteenin kävelymatkan kaksi yhteisögrilliä ovat vain muutaman askeleen päässä täydellisestä rantayhteistyöstä. Muista vain tuoda oma puuhiili.

Allas on lämmitetty 1. lokakuuta - 30. marraskuuta ja 1. maaliskuuta - 30. huhtikuuta. Tämä uskomaton merenrantahotelli on valmis ja täydellinen seuraavalle perhelomallesi !!!
Tämä huoneistohotelli on saanut loistavaa palautetta avuliaasta henkilökunnastaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Palmetto Dunes Club. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa keittiön ja 2 kylpyhuonetta.

Location, Location, Location

My family visited during Spring Break and this property is ELITE! Has great location to pool, the grills, and most importantly... THE BEACH!!!!!! We were also able to ride our bikes to Shelter Cove due to the ease of access to the Palmetto Dunes bike trails. The inside was very spacious for 2 adults and 2 children who each got their own bed. Loved having individual bathrooms for each bedroom and that the master bedroom's amenities were separated completely from the rest of the condo. The kitchen was the perfect size for cooking and had plenty of kitchen supplies to be functional. Jan did a great job communicating especially when we had a code malfunction and helped us fix the problem quickly. My wife and I have already decided that anytime we come to HHI, we are staying here due to affordability, location, and cleanliness.Thank you to our gracious host!

Amazing Spring Break

Our stay was amazing. Condo has an awesome location and with being first floor you could still see the ocean from the deck. Very clean and everything we needed. Communication with owner was great. The master shower had amazing water pressure which is a huge plus when on a beach vacay! Definitely recommend!!

Easy directions. Went to wrong spot for car passes but quickly resolved. Close in parking and as advertised pool right there with ocean just beyond. Condo was clean but dated. Bathrooms need polished up. The only hitch was lack of TP supply. Had to go buy towards end of stay. Annoying but we dealt with it.

A favorite

We love this place, mainly because of the location to the pool and the beach. But this last time we came during a hurricane and Jan was quick to reach out and try to find ways to make it more enjoyable for us. Love the ease of a pack and play and games as well! We’ll be back :)

Wonderful unit and easy access to ocean

This condo is very charming and comfortable. We had to reach the manager once so my granddaughter could gain access to the unit the this happened with ease. We all agreed we would be happy to return.

I was disappointed. We walked in and beds were made with clean towels set up on top, but the master bathroom sink and floor were not clean. They had a plumber there right before who did not put the plungers away. I understand accidents happen, but when you are spending for vacation you except the place to be clean and ready for your stay. The propert manager did apologize and credit us some money. Unfortunately I had a bad first impression and couldn’t get past it. I then noticed dust on the baseboards, ziplock bag behind the master night stand and a water bottle under guest room. All minor things but if you pay a cleaning fee and service fee, the property should be kept clean, even the baseboards. The location was great but I have stayed in more up to date and cleaner condos at captains walk.

The condo was generally clean, but the kitchen and hall floors could have been better mopped. It was well stocked with dishes, cookware, glasses, towels, supplies etc. We even had the use of beach towels and beach chairs. The washer, dryer and the refrigerator were relatively new and clean. The property manager was very attentive and easily available for questions or problems.

Another relaxing vacation in Captains Walk 430. Although the weather was not the best for the beach there was plenty to do and see on the island. Each year we have stayed here there have been special memories, this year we forgot one of my meds. and Jan stepped up and offered to have the meds. sent to her home and dropped them off at the condo when they came. Another event was the microwave died one morning, text Jan, that afternoon we had a new microwave in place. Already booked for 2025.

Beautiful condo!

This is our second time staying at Captain’s Walk. We loved it as much as our previous stay. The condo has everything you would need for a family vacation. Beautifully decorated, very clean and well-furnished. It is in a great location with fabulous views and direct access to a heated pool and beach. Jan is an amazing host and very response to any question - she’s the best! Highly recommend this condo and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fall Break/Birthday Getaway

My wife and oldest daughter have October birthdays this week and it was the perfect spot to celebrate. Jan was a great and accommodating host and quick to respond to any questions. Accurate description to the location. We loved the quick walk to the pool where we could watch our oldest from the patio. The beach was just around the corner and was never crowded. There were a few amenities we didn’t expect that maybe were left behind but they were helpful. A couple of beach chairs and a cooler. We had a date night while my mom watched the kids with a quick walk to Alexander’s which was the best meal we had on our trip. We rented bikes from Hilton Head Outfitters which is also a short walk from the property. I highly recommend Jan’s property and hope to stay here again.

Five years straight, several more God willing

This location has provided such joy to my family five years in a row and god willing will stay here several more in future. The location as advertised doesn’t say enough. Not only is it convenient to pool and beach, it’s centrally located to Hilton head. The owner is very concerned with her guests having a stress free vacation with her communication. I had a minor situation with the shower head on first day. Her representative had it resolved the very next morning. Just aren’t enough superlative comments can be said about this location. Thank You JAN!!!

We had a very enjoyable stay and among my favorite parts about the unit was being on the first floor and being able to see the ocean and also have the convenience to walk down a few steps from the balcony to access the pool and beach.
