Oceanfront condo sleeps up to 6 people with king in the master bedroom, two twins in bedroom 2, and a living room sleep sofa. Follow the adjacent wooden walkway to and from the beach or take a dip in the on-site courtyard pool a few steps away. Although Ocean Club has parking in front of each condominium, the complex is an easy walk to Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market, and Beach Park. Wonderful place, great location, beautiful view
This was a great place for our family. We were right on the beach without crossing any roads. And the pool was wonderful. The complex was full of other great families and my girls met some great kids to play with throughout the week. The unit was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Beautiful view! Just steps away from the beach! Disappointed that it needed a deep clean. There was a 2 ft hole in ceiling from water damage. Unacceptable for the cost. Furniture needs replaced....the sofa cushions sink. ...making it very uncomfortable. Overall great spot and would stay again if cleaner.

Only negative about this spot is the HOA president is a bit of a busy body and really enjoys enforcing their rules. Be careful where you hang your beach towels!!!

NEVER RENT THIS UNIT!
The owner of the unit barged into the living room of the condo without knocking the day before we were to leave. He was rude and disrespectful and accused us of overstaying. He was in the wrong but he did not come back to apologize for his unacceptable behaviour. As three senior women we felt unsafe. In fact we almost called the police because we were not sure he was in fact the owner as he stated to us. We had a great week in Hilton Head up until this happened. I advise you to never rent this man's unit. Seashore Vacations (property makers) were excellent to deal with. They ended up apologizing for him. Cowardly and unacceptable that he did not directly apologize to us.

Location excellent! Otherwise needs improvement
We opted for this place due to the last minute booking (approx 6-8 weeks prior to check-in date) so we knew our options would be limited for a ocean view/beachfront property. Ocean Club Villas is in an excellent spot adjacent to walking, biking and more while still feeling like you have privacy on the beach and in your condo. The pros: location, gated complex, private walkway to beach, pool, communal outdoor hoses/showers The cons: the condo needs to be updated; however that isn’t my primary complaint. While others were quick to mention the cleanliness, I didn’t quite agree. The bathrooms need a serious scrub, as does most of kitchen. The ceilings had several mysterious holes in the ceiling (nothing was mentioned to us about why). The linens for the beds were in awful shape- pilling and thread barren to make it feel like sand was in the bed/ it wasn’t, the sheets and comforter were just that ratty. While the price was indicative for the condition, I would pause to recommend this condo for these reasons. We were in two other Ocean Club condos during our stay (other family members who booked too) and their properties were in much better shape. The check-in process was a bit too antiquated for 2022 post-pandemic protocols. They required an in-person check-in to only provide you with a electronic key code and handed you a physical parking pass and wifi code- both in my opinion could have been sent to renters electronically and or via mail if a physical one is truly required. Even without any modern updates, the property managers and/or owners could take care of the other aspects mentioned and would truly be something to warrant a good review. Rather it will be an Okay-to-Good. The location adds points.

Our vacation at Ocean Club
We stayed in 47 at ocean club. The price was reasonable for what it is. Not something glamorous and a little dated but you feel like it’s yours. Nice little yard area for kids to play right out the back door. Ground floor which we actually liked. No elevators! It was a very pleasant and relaxing trip. The beach is a little more private in my opinion. Probably because there are not 200 condos for a 50 feet beach area. We will be back for sure

Great location yet the unit needs updating
Location is ideal. Ocean Club is directly on the beach, nice heated pool, convenient parking, walking distance to shopping- location is wonderful! The unit needs updating. The pull out soda bed is very old & uncomfortable, couches were old and not so clean feeling, bedspreads were old and have not been cleaned in while, ceiling light fixtures were moldy/dirty. The management company was great and very responsive. We needed more linens and they came right out. We would work with this rental company in the future. We would stay at Ocean Club again, but in a more updated unit.
