Completely renovated and newly furnished in early 2018, this smashing Sea Cloisters condo has it all! You will enter into the foyer and be drawn immediately to the beautiful new updated flooring throughout. Walking into the gorgeously upgraded kitchen you will find quartz counters, new stainless appliances, upgraded cabinetry and counter-height breakfast bar with seating for three guests. The open concept kitchen allows you to gather and entertain, ensuring you do not miss those amazing views while cooking meals. The dining room is open to the main living area which is light, bright and airy with vaulted ceilings, new decorator furnishings, wall-mounted flat panel smart TV and large windows out to the Atlantic. The Sea Cloisters complex is one of Hilton Head Island's gems. It is a beautiful, oceanfront complex with a private, gated entrance. The complex has a community parking lot and elevator that is accessed right from the parking lot. Sea Cloisters is located in the Folly Field area near Port Royal Plantation. It boasts the best Atlantic Ocean views on the Island, has a well-groomed lawn, a large pool and a kiddie pool. Folly Field is on the Island bike path and is close to restaurants, shops, golf, miniature golf, tennis and an arcade for kids to take a break from the sun. Great!!!!
The condo was very clean and had everything you could want . The kitchen was well equipped and also had two different types of coffee makers in it . Large refrigerator. Everything was very nice. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Not as clean as we thought but a great stay
Overall, we had a great stay. Part of my family arrived before me and rated the cleanliness a 5. After a little time in the unit, we found ice cream in the freezer and a very soiled towel nicely folded on the bed for our use. The keycode at the gate did not work when family arrived so they had to contact the help desk off hours to get a new code. Fortunately, another resident helped them out while they waited. One check out instruction told us to leave the sheets on the beds and another asked us to strip the beds. Unfortunately, we received the requests to strip them after we had checked out. Lastly, but very insignificant, a bulb in the master bedroom/bathroom is burnt out. I usually bring a few cleaning supplies when traveling so these things did not affect our stay. With that being said, the unit is very nice and the view was fantastic! We witnessed a beach wedding and a baptism! Two beach chairs are provided among other things a larger family might use at the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Stunning Views
The condo was clean and orderly when we arrived, with the exception of coffee filter and grinds from the previous renter were still in the coffee pot. The views from the balcony and the bedroom were phenomenal as the unit had unobstructed beach front views. The only minor issues we ran into were that the kitchen wasn't very well stocked with every-day items and two of the boogie boards were broken when we arrived, and there was no beach umbrella. When we contacted the property management (Vacasa) they responded quickly and purchased new boogie board replacements. Overall, it was a great location and rental and we would highly consider reserving this same unit in the future.

Great Stay -- Balcony for those who love nature
One of the best condos we've stayed in, very clean and well equipped. Great view of the ocean. Sea Cloisters also maintains an excellent property--also very quiet. Only disappointment was the balcony which is fully exposed to the sun and nature (pelicans).

Gate Code Issues
We have vacationed at Sea Cloisters for about 20 years. The major change this time was the absence of onsite management and assistance via Rocky. This became an immediate factor when the gate opening code provided by VACASA failed to open the gate upon arrival. I was able to tailgate with a friendly owner and gain entry. Fortunately, the door code for the rental unit did work. After calling VACASA and being on hold for many minutes, I was first told that a code for the month of July had not been issued yet -- check-in was July 2! A little while later, I was texted a gate code that was the same number I had previously used -- unsuccessfully. One of the other rental guests was nice enough to give us a code that worked throughout the one-week stay. Be assured, if I choose Sea Cloisters again, I will avoid VACASA which likely means VRBO as well.

Great condo with a view
The renting/check-in process was easy. The condo was mostly clean with a few exceptions (fan in master bath very dusty, leftover wrappers under furniture). The main downside to this rental was that the balcony was basically unusable due to pelican flyovers that left bird poop all over including on us. If this were a covered balcony it would be so much better. I was not able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful views.

Perfect family getaway
My family and I had a wonderful week at Hilton Head (our first time here!), and this property was perfect. Great layout, amazing ocean view, and excellent weather. We really liked how up-to-date everything felt too, and the convenience of each bedroom having a bathroom. We didn’t have any issues, We would definitely stay again!

Everything was wonderful! We got a call that our rental was ready early- 1 pm! This has never happened anywhere else. Everything was completely updated with a fantastic view of the beach from anywhere in the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Week with Friends and Family
What a great week we had this year. The weather was awesome and the room was perfect. The view off the top balcony was amazing! Really enjoyed the floor layout where it allowed my family and a friends family privacy to stay in the same condo. Kitchen was nice and when there was an issue with the trash door not closing someone came out ASAP and fixed it. The WIFI was a little suspect but we did not need it except to answer a few work emails. Great experience and highly recommended staying here for anyone looking for some vacation fun.
