Location, location, location…..the perfect little beach villa with all the necessities you need for a month or a few days stay. Feel the breeze and view the ocean from the balcony of this updated 1 bedroom brand new 1 bath villa with walk-in tiled shower. Step out the front door to a community private pool (one of two on the property) and a short walk to the private entrance to the beach. Just a few blocks to the new Low Country Celebration Park where there is a large pirate ship for the kids and concerts for all; equally close is Coligny Circle with bars and restaurants galore, so no need to call an uber. Most importantly only a five-minute walk on the beach to the Tiki Hut and Pool Bar Jim’s for beach drinks.

This is a gated secure community with parking below the unit. Open floor plan with a king and a comfortable pull out sofa to allow for 4 guests. Private bath with shower and an additional vanity sink in the bedroom; great for getting ready, leaving the bathroom open. Free wifi, cable, and two TVs with remotes. This unit is set up nicely for working, relaxing, and playing.

This vacation rental is perfect in every way: Steps to the ocean and pool. Walk to Coligny shops and restaurants and Celebration Park. The condo is NOT “updated”. The bathroom has obviously been updated but nothing else. The air conditioning unit is on the tiny balcony. This is not an oceanfront condo, but ocean view and that’s a stretch. If you enjoy having the parking lot as your main view, seeing the ocean from one side of the balcony and listening to the air conditioning while doing so, this is the place for you. Definitely not suited for more than 2-people. Will not be returning.

Perfect location with only a short walk to the beach. Bed super comfy and updated bathroom was awesome. The covered parking was great and elevator was convenient for unloading. We loved it and would return to this location.

Week getaway
Place is just ok. In need of an update. Furniture is old, stained and worn. Kitchen features no oven. The fridge is next to the wall and does not open properly. Sitting on balcony the air conditioner unit takes up a lot of space and very noisy. It’s just an ok place, I wouldn’t pick this one again. But we did have a good time at the beach and shopping.

The Villa was convenient to beach, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed our stay A few suggestions to make it easier for next guest—we initially had problems with entry keypad but after communicating with manager, we found we had to “pull back” on knob before keying ing in code. It Would have been helpful to know since it was 100 degrees while we were trying to gain entry. . We asked about beach chairs and did not bring our own. One of the beach chairs is broken and found out only when we tried to use Other than these issues, we had no problems.

Great location in Hilton Head. Bed appears to be falling apart and isn't very comfortable. Birds outside will wake you up at 5:30am on the dot every morning though.

Damn it IAN
We only stayed one night due to the hurricane but the host was gracious enough to refund our money. Very thankful. The place was very nice. Pool right outside and beach just a very short walk up the dock. I would recommend to the host to create a book of directions on how to use the tv and internet. We did have some problems gettin in the the property but they responded quickly with codes and such.

Unit is not a one bedroom suite
The unit is clean, cozy and has a great location. So close to everything (beach, restaurants, bars, shopping stores). It's not a one bedroom though; It's more of a studio type unit because as soon as you walk into the unit, there's the bed. No door for privacy. To get the key fob, you have to drive first to the other villa; and the lock was not working properly. It took me several attempts to open the lock to get the key fob (that's the complaint of previous renters too). Then you have to drive to the villa where you'll stay. There's no "welcome" binder provided for renters to read for instructions i.e. how to operate the TV (again, same complaints from previous renters); and where to find the beach chairs, etc. I found the beach chairs in the balcony stored high above in a make-shift storage. And the beach umbrella behind the A/C unit. Tap for the cold water was broken (it was complained by the previous renter on the "book" provided by the owner); there was a leak under the sink on our last day. I finally left a voice mail and they returned my call. I sent a text message to the property management twice earlier during our stay; however I haven't heard back from them.

The property was as described online, efficient and nicely decorated. Balcony was nice to sit on, nice view of ocean. Steps from beach. Getting key fob is at a different location which was annoying. T.v. didn't work, someone came out the second day to fix it. The elevator was slow, we used the stairs. I would stay at the property again.
